The food was fresh and the workers were ready to go, and it was overall a great experience from ordering to eating. The only thing that could've been better was I noticed they do not have utensils out so for guests who are staying to eat, so we had to go up to the counter and be annoying by asking for them. Oh I love this Moe's. Moe's in general is one of my favorite "build your own" chain restaurants, and this particular location is my favorite. Everyone who works here is friendly, fast, and accurate. They keep the place spotlessly clean and everything is fresh, appetizing, and well stocked. When we were allowed to eat inside, I always found the vibe relaxing and upbeat. The Moe's chain does a good job of having a little funny sayings on the napkins and tables and decorating with fun artwork. Since the pandemic, I have not been doing any indoor dining even when it is allowed. This nehas done a great job of filling orders through their app. I earn rewards for every order that I placed through the app. Then I just run in quickly and get my food which is hot and on time, and waiting for me at the pick up station in a bag with my name on it. This is a nice.and clean location. Came here for a Sunday lunch with friends and I was happy with my experience. Service was quick and I ordered the Quesadilla with carnitas and extra bacon. Great value for the price and they give you a big portion of meat. Came with free chips and an assortment of salsas at a self serve station. Parking is ample at this strip mall, as well. If you don't feel welcomed anywhere you'll definitely feel welcomed to Moe's ! By the time you fully walk inside you will be welcomed by the entire staff of Moe's. I go to this Moe's around 1-3 times a week. They have a lot of options on the menu from burritos, to bowls. Take your time looking over the menu (there are options that come with guac with no additional cost!) Don't be deterred by the long line. This Moe's means business and they will get you through the line as fast as possible. This is a corporate area and I can only assume that they know that most people are on their lunch breaks. Moe's has everything that you can really ask for from a Southwest grill. My favorites are the overachiever taco or the salad bowls ! I have tried other options and they were all delicious as well. You are building your meal by choosing what's in it so you really can't go wrong ! Every single order comes with free tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa is self serve & off to the side so you won't feel guilty when you poor half of the container on your chips and tacos. Yum!!!! This was my first time ordering from Moe's and it won't be the last! We got lunch takeout today to support The Franklin Food Bank because Moe's was doing a fundraiser so we went all out! The selections are basic but makes choosing easy and everything is so flavorful! We got the tacos for 4 meal with chicken (okay) and steak (AMAZING). It comes with a truckload of fixins, a ton of flour tortillas, and a bag bursting with fresh chips. The queso dip is SO good, perfectly cooked black beans and delicious salsa. I could go on and on. The best part was my 1 year old son loved it all too!! And now we have a ton of leftovers so I know what's for dinner and lunch tomorrow at least!!! I feel like the prices are going higher and higher all the time. The Monday deal was the only time that was ever worth it. Now with the Monday deal and drink your looking at $12 for about 3oz of meat. Now if you want the Monday deal you have to place your order on the app. Part of the reason people go to Moe's, chipotle, or subway is so you can watch them make your food and tell them what you like. For instance I have seen the carnitas look old and dried out and I would get something else. What's the point of have a counter where they make your food in front of you if they are going to push you to an app. I understand not paying $15 an hour to the person at McDonald's and how that would be worth using an app. At Moes I think using the app would lower the quality of the burrito and I don't think it makes it faster. Get: Queso...I love Moe's Queso, I'd eat it by the bucket full if weight gain wasn't a definite concern. Moe's is good option to have lunch at and its really close by to where I work. The servers are friendly and they have many options. Also the portions are HUGE. $8.99 get you a Bowl with steak, rice, beans, lettuce, Pico AND Guac is included unlike other restaurants where it's extra (I'm looking at you Chipotle). You get lunch and enough for smaller dinner! Sweet deal. I am also fond of their salsa bar, my favorite is the Tomatillo. It's the green mild sauce and it has a nice creamy-ness to it. Reminds me of Baja Fresh and Chipotle mixed together! The moment you walk in, the whole staff screams "Welcome to MOs" pretty funny. Scared the heck out of me at first. I usually get the HOMEWRECKER! Its a large burrito filled with chicken/ground beef. Throw in some lettuce, sour cream, cheeses, and black beans..w free chips on the side. Excellent!! My favorite is their condiments..Their green tomatillo sauces is sooo good. Its mildly hot but just right with the chips and burrito. They also have a southern iced tea which is lightly sweetened. A northern iced tea which is unsweetened. Cool thing was a flat screen with different drinks to choose from. You press a button and out comes your drink. Its pretty crazy. Check my pics out. Last but not least, the place has CARVEL inside. So when youre done, get yourself a milkshake or whatever else you feel like having. During this crazy pandemic, I realized it was almost 8pm. And to my knowledge, I think everything has been closing at 8pm lately. We have never been to Moe's before, but we're super happy (and full) that we found this specific Moe's. The young staff was very helpful and quick with their duties. The food was really good, and fresh! Reina, the restaurant manager was very friendly, welcoming and kept checking to make sure we were ok. That goes a long way with us. I've always begrudgingly returned to Moe's in spite of their incredibly annoying marketing materials haranguing the customer everywhere (even all over the restroom) with geeky 90's humor--brings me back to freshman year in high school, in an unpleasant way--because the TexMex is reasonably good, fast, and they have those soda machines that let you concoct your own special poison. I keep hoping the chain will improve, but in the meantime I suppose there's a niche for "meh, good enough" TexMex fast food in my life, because I keep going back every now and again. Customer service is fantastic, I was welcomed upon entering, friendly staff, and are attentive, **cost efficient, salsa bar is clean, as well as the bathrooms. One special item to note is the warm decor at this location. Its a fast food venue but the style has a restaurant feel; tables and booths, media screens in the ceiling is a nice touch, and medium lit environment. Its all about the overall experience. I happened to find myself here on their opening day. I didn't know this because they were busy (they weren't) or because they were running a special (they weren't) or warmly welcoming customers to their new establishment (they weren't; the annoying "Welcome to Moe's" was obligatory at best); rather, it simply became blatantly obvious by the frenetic atmosphere behind the counter as a team of Moe's professionals attempted to guide the inexperienced, pony-tails-dangling-perilously-close-to-the-food staff. As they were (brand) new, I forgave the fact that my ordering/dining experience was obviously lower in priority to the training that should have been completed prior to opening to the public. Fast forward to today when I visited again. The silly welcome was again half-hearted and, still not busy, all of the warm food compartments were now covered with opaque lids. The options remained obscured from view and the only choice I was offered was beans (I ordered veg). It wasn't until my burrito was wrapped that I realized I hadn't received onions and peppers. When I inquired, I received a shrug in response. When I asked for them in a small container on the side, the response was, "Can I just put them on your chips?" Not "I'm sorry", or, "Our mistake; whatever you like", no; apparently the most important factor was saving a container. To make matters worse, my wrapped burrito was literally and inexplicably half the size of my companion's identical order. It seemed that without the seasoned staff to guide, the significant number of Moe's newbies were left on their own. However, after my party sat down to eat a manager type came out from the back...not to find out if we were satisfied, but instead simply to ask the employees not to lean or look bored. Funny he didn't mention what they should have been doing- offering the few customers they actually had any of their "20+ fresh, free ingredients", assembling meals properly and to size, cleaning the floors and tables in the dining room, or emptying the garbage. The experience begins when you walk into the restaurant and hear "Welcome to Moes" echoing behind the counter from the enthusiastic and friendly staff. This is a really busy location during the lunch rush but they do a great job at keeping it moving. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and lots of their fresh toppings. Everything was full, fresh, hot and delicious. On Mondays you can even get a burrito with chips and salsa and a drink for $6. Their salsa bar is always clean and the salsas are always full and fresh. They have convenient little cups with lids so you can even enjoy the salsa with your to-go order. They also have one of those smart coca cola machines to blend your own flavors. I ordered the steak burrito after several others ahead of me ordered the same thing. I also ordered the regular Queso and chips so I could try they Queso. While checking out the cashier bent over to get me a tray and took my card with her. The movement seemed do and too artificial, I am concerned she ran my card through a card reader below the counter. I decided to not call her on it, but I did get her name and will monitor my credit card. I keep a very close eye on this behavior and rarely let my card out of my sight. The Verdict: The burrito was just OK. The steak lacked flavor and the other ingredients we similarly bland. The Queso was tasty (close but not quite as good as Qdoba's) The chips were standard, nothing special. As my friend would say it, "It's a combination of Baja Fresh and Chipotle", and he's on point with that description. I had the Joey Jr. steak burrito, which is just a smaller burrito without guacamole. The steak was delicious and I put a bunch of toppings in it, all free just like at Chipotle. They have additional toppings that you don't normally find at Chipotle, like fresh jalapenos and cilantro. Even though I wished they can put salsa into my burrito, I was happy to help myself at the unlimited salsa bar where they have 5 different salsas available: 3 medium spicy salsas, 1 salsa verde and 1 spicy salsa. The spicy salsa, though tasty, is quite disappointing on the spiciness level, it's more like a medium spicy. Another plus point is every order comes with a side of chips, so you can enjoy the salsa bar even more. If Chipotle is a 10, I give this place a solid 7 read more

Ordering online via the app is pretty easy. Their food is always fresh & super delicious. Disregard the silly monikers- just say, "I want the pork carnitas burrito bowl," etc. A large side of queso is a few bucks, but it is SO worth it, and you can choose any salsa from their DIY salsa bar (my favorite is the tomatillo salsa verde.) I went in last Friday 11/22 to place a catering order for 11/23 for around 50 people. I work in the neighborhood and have been to this Moes multiple times. The manager (I think his name was Naresh) had no clue at all about how catering works and after couple of questions and him not having any answers he gave me the catering menu and told me to call the 1800 number. Manager was rude and I left. I ended up going to the Moes located at Busch student center (Rutgers university). The manager there was very helpful and explained everything. I placed my order with them and will be going there more often and would encourage anyone to go there as well. And I know what I want and like and hat sorts it out nicely. The food is decent. Casual fast food. I always feel Something is missing. It's just not all that flavorful. I have to say the first time i went here was disappointing. It was opening week and it seemed like most of the employees were frazzled because of how busy it was. The food came out sloppy and was somewhat cold... however, this place has improved tremendously since opening. I now go here on a weekly basis for lunch and am very pleased every time. They have tons of fresh ingredients which can be added to any order for no additional cost, everything comes out hot and exactly how i ordered it, and prices are fairly cheap. The employees seem to have figured out how to deal with the mad lunch rush and still give the "Welcome to Mooooooeees!" every time someone walks in. Theygive you chips with your meal and have a salsa bar similar to surf taco. The fresh brewed tea is also a nice change from soda or water only options. Some people will liken it to a chipotle and say it sucks, but I've found that most major chipotle fans think every burrito place sucks compared to chipotle... when most are pretty much the same with a slightly different atmosphere. Ive been to the moes in staten island but this by far is the best. The staff was so Friendly when i arrived and my burrito was perfect. I got the chicken/beef mix and it was so flavorful and juicy. I love spicy so the salsa bar was right up my alley. The drink machine had every variety u could ever imagine. To top it off, they have carvel ice cream for dessert.
