This location struggles with the customer service-even at the lower level expected at a fast food joint. The overall restaurant is clean, from what I can see in the dining area. The condiments and drink area was well maintained, so they've got that going for them. I ordered two soft shell beef tacos, no cheese or lettuce. That's what I got, but they could have spared a little more meat. I wish I had snapped a picture-there was probably a tablespoon of meat on each taco. This location has the nicest lady she's so sweet, I took an e bike sort of ride to this location, I had no idea the lobby closed at 10 pm. I walked in and started ordering and the lady told me they couldn't have me order on the screen inside since the computers were already down. We were in line for 6 minutes, at this stupid Taco Bell (which is dead to us now), as the person in front of us pulls forward, the menu lights turn off and the girl says "I'm sorry we just closed. at the location in south jordan utah off of 11400, i ordered a number 7 and changed the crunchy taco to a nacho cheese taco, two cheesy roll ups, and a limited edition box meal thing. they messed up and didn't give me my upgraded taco or my cheesy roll ups after charging me for them. when i asked to change my taco the lady at the drive thru signed and was honestly super disrespectful from that point after. once we pulled up to the window she wouldn't look at or speak to us, we were nothing but respectful and polite. we even apologized when we changed the taco with the upgrade. horrible customer service/horrible interaction. This Taco Bell had consistently been the worst experience I have ever had, and will not go to ever again. Their crunchwraps have almost no beef at all. They miss parts of the order, I had a burrito wrapped sideways (somehow) and was shaped like a baseball. I ordered a burrit and "made it spicy" they added 3 small slices of jalapeño to the top, for almost a dollar. An absolute rip off, avoid this location at all costs. read more
