    Pleasant decor.

We are new to this area and we were looking for a great lunch after having our car serviced when a Google search turned up Thai Better. We decided to give it a try and what a nice surprise - the food was absolutely delicious! My husband had Wonton Soup with vegetables, while I had the Satay Peanut with tofu. Both dishes were great, and we were especially happy that my entree had great flavor with a kick to it, but not so much so that it was too spicy to enjoy. The mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea were also great. In addition, the restaurant decor is pleasant and it was spotless. We were impressed with our cashier, Parfun, who is a patient and pleasant young man. We highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

For a fast casual Thai restaurant, this place is pretty good! The ambience is bright and cheerful with red and yellow walls and colorful art on the walls. You order at the counter, take a buzzer and return to pick up your food when it starts vibrating madly at your table. The food was really good-my dining partner and I had the Pad Thai and the fried rice as well as an order of fried tofu. I could do without the tofu next time, it lacked flavor and had a strange consistency. But the chicken and rice were fantastic! There's ample seating inside and a soda machine for self-service and refills. Price point was fair for the amount of food you get-I'll easily get two meals out of the dish I ordered.

We love Thai and decided we'd better try this place out. I ordered the avocado curry, which is the Panang curry base with added avocado. My wife tried the garlic pepper stir fry with chicken. The avocado curry was delicious. It had a bit of a kick with such a good flavor and the avocado added creaminess. Unlike most Thai places, the curry had a lot of veggies, like carrots, broccoli, zucchini and peas. The portions were plentiful and the price was more affordable than other Thai place around. My wife's stir fry was also delicious. What she enjoyed was being able to choose veggies as a side instead of rice. For the healthy, carb-conscious crowd, this is a great option. The service was also good and everyone was friendly. We'll be making this a frequent repeat going forward!

The branding of this place is so cute. Located in a shopping center between the district and the Daybreak. Anchored by sprouts and planet fitness. So there's lots of parking. I have attached a picture of the menu, which was just a little bit confusing for me. Food took about 15-20 minutes and to come out. I got it to go. It was all still piping hot when I got home. Flavors are great! Need to add your own siracha or chili oil. Not much spice heat. I'll be back for sure

The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out fast! The cream cheese wontons were the best I've ever had! It's a must try! The teriyaki chicken and orange chicken were delicious!! Have to check out!

For fast thai food, Thai Better really checked all the boxes for me. I was hoping there were more authentic dishes such as papaya salad, waterfall beef, sticky rice and many other items. However, the massaman curry was recommended by staff and it was pretty tasty. Portion wise, the container was packed well. Love the eggrolls! Was hoping they had spring rolls. I enjoyed the Thai iced tea as well!

What a GOOD surprise! My husband and I saw this place but didn't really want to go because it said food express and I was worried it was going to be like Panda Express or Cupbop! But it wasn't at all! Their food was DELICIOUS like if we were if a very good sit down Thai restaurant! The service was fast, they gave you little devices and it rings when it's ready. We waited maybe 8 min for the most flavorful green curry and spicy chicken. The portion of the curry was huge (we could almost split it for 2 and make it a lighter meal). The ambiance is really good, it wasn't crowded at all, there's cute art on the walls, it's clean and they have all you need at the tables and a station to get lemon water and utensils / bowls. 100% recommend! We will be back many times and try everything on their menu!

What a pleasant surprise! The Wonton soup was great! The Massaman was excellent! The Thai fried rice was very good too! We will definitely be back. I love their branding. I prefer my Massaman medium spicy and they have freshly prepared Thai chili containers which when added made it just right.

    Take-out! Cute, reusable bag.

The new restaurant is darling. We decided on take-out. Ordering was simple and the food was ready on the stated time. We loved the pad see ew, and the curry pot stickers (the best we've ever had!). Not a fan on the coconut shrimp or sweet and sour chicken. None the less, we'll definitely be back.

If you haven't had a chance to visit Thai better, it's an absolute must! Not only is the restaurant, bright, clean and super, inviting the food is incredibly delicious! We have been back several times as we cannot get enough! Each time we've tried something new and it's all consistently delicious!! The staff is also super sweet and personable! My husband and I had a wonderful conversation with Masha, as we waited for our order. Highly recommend if you are craving Thai food. It's also very convenient that it's located in South Jordan right off of Bangerter.

I don't know if there has been a change in management, a new chef, or just a complete menu revamp. I have had their Larb and Nam Thoke recently and they are completely different than they used to be. Much smaller portion, different presentation, and flavors. The Nam Thoke in particular no longer has a hint of bright vibrant flavors and I'd honestly describe the taste as being very similar to spicy beef jerky. They charge $4 (through doordash) for sticky rice now which used to be free with an entree. It's very sad. I feel like we lost a good one. I'm going to have to check in with Thai Delight to see how they're doing.

The food... well, I would describe it as Thai food for white people. It tasted ok, but I've had more authentic Thai in airports. This place is in business to make money, and what I think is going on is they are preparing food for the folks that live around here. If they made Thai food like I'm used to in New York City, people here might hate it. I don't know. Not everyone likes fish sauce I guess. Anyhow, I can tell by the other reviews that people here love this place, and I think that's fantastic. They shouldn't change a thing just because some NYC asshole randomly showed up.

For a strip mall spot, the ambiance is nicer than you'd expect, the prices are fair, and most importantly, the food delivers. We started with the Satay Chicken, which comes as a generous four-skewer portion with an excellent peanut sauce. First visit, but definitely not the last. Worth a stop if you're in the Draper area.

I also had the Thai egg rolls (4) with some sweet chili sauce. I got home and unpacked everything and was, well, unimpressed. The serving size of the Pad Kra Pow (with fried egg) was 1/2 of what I normally get at other places locally, including our favorite Makan Makan. The flavor was good, but just not enough for the price I paid. The egg rolls were meh, as they were soft and mushy on the inside and seemingly not properly cooked all the way through. That, and the minuscule tub of sweet chili sauce lasted through about 2 of the four mushy egg rolls. I paid $25.00 for the main course and $12 for the egg rolls. Considering the mediocre nature of the food, the value received for the $40.05 price (out the door with tax) was minimal. Waaaay too expensive...which is rather unfortunate. Two Stars.
