And backed up I had the nice young lady who was helping with front and drive tru to give me her name I don't wanna put it on here but it's started with and N she was very helpful then anyone else in there she gave us some free toco cards as well for the long wait offered us drinks and also helps us order even tho she was working in the drive tru! Kids love Taco Bell. Especially their dinner box / lunch box combos .... We generally order it online since it is a little cheaper . We were driving to VA and found this Taco Bell on the way . We used their app and ordered it online . The Taco Bell was 20-25 mins away and we ordered it . Lots of tables inside to sit and dine . When we reached , the food was ready and the kids got it and had a good meal. We went for dinner . Burrito was a bit dry but it was good. Potato fiesta and fries were really good . My family and I frequent this Taco Bell whenever we get the craving to Live Mas. My wife has dietary restrictions that lead to us having to make alterations and substitutions to the orders we place. Not once of the dozens of times we have come here has this location messed up an order of ours that has been heavily altered with substitutions. Of all of the Taco Bell's we have been to, this one continues to shine as one where we know we can order and alter and they will not mess it up. Purchased 2 steak garlic nacho fries through drive thru. After pulling forward i noticed I don't have any forks nor sauce in the bag. Parked and went inside to grab that. negative one star. i had to wait to pay for food for like more than 5 seconds, not to mention the floor was sticky (almost couldn't leave the restaurant). the air conditioning inside was blowing at 36 MPH and blew my friend out the door when she opened it. Made a mobile order. Accidentally chose the Inman location, also on Asheville hwy. I did not realize it until I arrived at the Spartanburg location on Asheville hwy. The team was not helpful at all. They did nothing to help me resolve the problem. They only said, multiple times, that they can do nothing. Live Menos! Not Mas. 7/05/2018 I know these are read by other customers, employees, management and owners from time to time. If you happen to be the owner or manager please read this entire review. It may be an eye opener. Keep in mind there were only a few customers there and it was not busy at all. Looks like one or two of the customers may have employees eating there on their day off. Bad customer service from the moment, I got out of my ride. The front door was locked and had to go around the side to enter. It was unlocked. As soon as, I walked in then some one went to unlock the front door (a little to late then) and then looked at me as if, I was working them or making them do extra. Then there was no cashier at the counter but there were several employees in the back walking around. The customer in front of me was with a young child and he was getting anxious. Not sure why no one came up earlier to help him. Then as soon as the cashier was done ringing him up she looked around (not sure why) and actually said hold a minute for me and walked to the back. Really? You had the customer with his child wait and then you ask me to wait? There was nothing going on not sure why she walked away. Look as if there was something going to happen and, Ill get to that in a later. Then she finally took my order and asked for my name. Then the receipt wouldn't print out she said at first that it didn't for some reason or it was out of paper. She then popped the top of the receipt dispenser and there was paper there. When she closed the lid it printed the receipt. She then gives me my cup and, I go over to the drink dispenser. I wanted the G2 sports drink but it was out basically water coming out the spout. I asked another employee if it could be refilled. She said yes but then never did. I went back up several minutes later and asked and was told they were out. Would have been nice to tell me instead of waiting and then having to ask. I then tried to get the Tea (Mango Tea, I believe) out of the drink dispenser and wouldn't you know it was out as well (basically water). I again went to the counter and was told they were out of that as well. I looked at the back and could see several boxes of drink syrup not sure if they were really out or just didn't want to replace it. I'm going go with they just didn't want to do it. This next part is the reason, I came to this conclusion. I was then told loudly, "We don't have anything you want!" I just picked out another beverage. When my food was ready they didn't call my name they just yelled out receipt number. Why ask me my name if not going to use it? As, I was eating all the employees looked like they were on dates. Many of them kissing or being very affectionate with, I assume their boyfriends. On their cell phones and socializing with one another. All of them had envelopes in there hands and very eager to open and read what was inside. Then they all came out from behind the counter and sat down at one of the tables. Remember earlier when, I stated there appeared to be some thing going on? It must have been payday because they looked they were checks. They were having a really great time socializing but they made it clear they didn't have anything, I needed as far as my order was concerned. When, I asked. In conclusion very poor customer service from the parking lot to include but not limited to locked doors, strange looks, wait times too long, laziness, and very unprofessional. This should pretty much cover it if any thing was missed, I'll edit later. I will be posting this to other sites like this so it will get seen and hopefully if any one is concerned about their customers this gets taken care of. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. Waited at drivethru for 10 minutes. No one greeted me, or said anything at all. This was 10pm on Saturday, so I pulled up to window. Winner employee with bad wrist tattoo sees me through window but blows me off for 3 or 4 minutes. Finally comes to window and I ask if I can order. She says "we're counting the drawer". Ok. Fair enough. Could you have at least said that over the intercom so I didn't sit there for 10 mins? She asks "you were at drive through?" Duh, as if the little alarm didn't let her know. I ask if I can order. She says "I guess you can drive around then we can probably take your order". Really? Now there's 5 cars behind me. Thanks. Not that I expect ritz-Carlton service from T bell employees but damn. I drove off and took my business elsewhere.
