Unlike most rumors I've heard, it does not give me diarrhea, but the service here was so bad that it made me want to throw up. For months on end, I would eat from here at least once every other week. The meat is flavorful, especially in the Dorito Loco Taco, and the nacho cheese sauce is delicious! My only teeny issue here was whenever I ordered a burrito without sour cream, it still tasted like sour cream. They would get my order wrong from time to time, but nothing compared to my experience a few months ago (I haven't dared to enter the building since). I ordered three Dorito Loco Tacos, meat and cheese only, and Nacho Fries, but all they gave me were the Nacho Fries and one normal taco with lettuce on it. I called to report my inconvenience, and the guy just said "Uh...just come back and get the stuff you didn't get." Like, what? Maybe that wasn't convenient for me! So, no refund, no nothing. I got mad at the dude, and he had the audacity to hang up on me! Terrible, terrible customer service. When I tried to call again, there was no answer, and after a few tries, a nice-sounding woman answered, and when I asked for the manager, she handed me over to the same guy who hung up on me. If you DoorDash food from here or are a Dasher picking up food, please DO NOT use Taco Bell. I waited in line for 40 minutes, with a cook smoking outside with a line wrapped all the way around their building, for 3 DoorDash orders only to get told they can only check in 2 and I had to go ALL the way back around to pick up the final and 3rd order. The lady was rude, unprofessional, and offered no solution with an already horrible wait time. I never leave reviews on restaurant's. certainly not bad ones. but this has got to be the WORST fast food restaurant i've ever been to. almost every time i order i receive my food and it is wrong. By the time i notice, I'm already out of the drive through and it's a 30+ minute wait to go back through! We mobile ordered and waited in line 30 minutes. Got to the speaker and told them we have 3 mobile ordered which were already paid for.. and they told us only 2. When ordering food from the taco bell app you generally expect it to be out quickly in a timely manner. I waited 45 minutes in the taco bell location on perkins only to get home and there be 1 piece of chicken in my taco. I tried to call multiple times but they did not pick up. I wish i would've brought my money and business somewhere else because it generally was not worth it. This was ridiculous to have to experience - and for the employees to be rude when talking to customers. They were actively talking in a crude manner about the columbine school shooting. Ordered food from this place from doordash. Not only did they take my money as well as confirm my order and admit to receiving it, they didn't make my order and it took me to go through doordash to get a refund. My refund is in the form of doordash credit, so not only did the scummy staff and management get to keep my money, but on top of that doordash lost money so they could properly reimburse me. The service was fairly quick and staff was pretty friendly but didn't really seem to take their job seriously and they messed up my order a couple times. I asked for a cheese quesadilla and got a chicken quesadilla, I had to remind them for my Dr. Pepper and didn't get any eating utensils. Everytime I've come here it has been good..... until tonight. 9.7.19 at 1043 pm. Every single teenage worker was sitting in the lobby right by the door with some other teenage kids acting crazy. Me and my wife walk in and they all get up and act like they're going to get back to work. I order my food, go to get my drink and there is pop everywhere on the soda machine. One of them couldn't clean that instead of dicking off? Then we sit down and just about all of the tables were filthy. None of them could clean that? Usually I like taco bell, but they stop offering their fresco items after 11pm. However, when you are ordering online it does not tell you this and when you go to pick it up you have to change your order (this is extremely frustrating for people who can't have dairy and depend on the fresco items for flavor). They need to change their website or at least flag your order because after a certain time you can't order something. read more
