Like pulling teeth to get extra sauce packets, orders rarely correct, extra meat is maybe a tablespoon for a ridiculous extra charge, no ice in drinks to them means extra...now this location stopped delivery even though the app gives the delivery option.

Would be nice if the drive-thru window would actually stay open until 1am, as stated on the window - 3 times now I have stopped by the drive-thru around midnight with no response at the speaker or actual window, while observing employees sitting in the lobby in the dark on their mobile phones, After working in Guest Relations all my life, I can guarantee you I will never return to this Taco Bell.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell location for a few years now simply because of the geographical convenience. That said, if I wanted a better experience I would drive farther in the opposite direction to Jacksonville. It isn't that the food isn't good, it's delicious! It's just... sometimes the service leaves a little to be desired. Most, MOST of the time they're stand-up customer service reps, but every once in a while I will come across someone who, for whatever reason, is rude or lacking in customer service skills. My most recent incident was when I ordered through the drive-thru, I handed Madyson K a $20 bill for my $10.37 order. When she went to return my change, she dropped 2 $1 bills and several pieces of change onto the ground between my car and the window. Usually this wouldn't upset me, as accidents do happen. However, her reaction, or lack thereof, is what upset me. I don't exactly know what procedures Taco Bell trains their employees to do in that situation, but I would like to think that standing there with a dumbfounded look on their face then turning around and walking away like it didn't happen isn't the procedure. Either way, I pulled off to the side, waited until the next customer received her order, then held traffic in line so that I could retrieve my change off of the ground, all the while as Madyson watched from her front-row seat at the drive-thru window, offering zero assistance.

Just looks like they poured milk in it.

Wait was 15 minutes for my food and the order was incorrect. Severely understaffed. I won't be returning to here in the future

Best customer service I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. The people were overly nice, and the food was great and came out fast.

Very nice staff, not what I'd expect at a taco bell. While I was waiting for my food they offered me a free soft drink.

As soon as you walk in you can see the kitchen and prep counter with the menu right above it. Order at the counter and pick up at the other end when your pager goes off. We kept it simple and ordered the lamb gyro, seasoned fries, drink, and hummus appetizer. We just had waters, but they offer wine, beer, sodas, bottled water, and some other drinks. Fairly simple, but good size menu with plenty of options. There are plenty of seating options with tables, booths, and outdoor tables as well. While we were waiting and eating there were several to go orders. Steady flow of customers in and out. They also have a great music selection! After a short wait our delicious gyros arrived. The presentation was nothing flashy, but good. The fires were seasoned just right for me, but a little too salty for the wife. The gyros were as expected, delicious and a good size for us. The hummus plate was actually larger than expected, but a nice surprise. There was enough naan for sure. I did not take any pics this time. Overall experience was excellent honestly. We'll definitely eat here again. I recommend giving Olea Mediterranean Kitchen a try.

Kistler Chardonnay, and a canned beet salad?…read more I wrote a review of Boro about 8 years ago, it may be interesting to go out and compare the two. I have to say my wife and I are confused by our latest dinner experience more than anything. We could not get into Il Cigno Italiano, a fantastic restaurant (I recommend to the eggplant meatballs), who suggested we visit their "sister site" Boro. We love Il Cigno and thought, wow this going to be great. I did not realize the two were related under one organization. Like all my reviews, I try very hard to keep drama and non factual commentary out as much as possible. I focus on setting expectations based on my experience. Ambiance - Boro has changed since we were there last. The bar was walled off from the main dining more than before. The walls were empty with no art or really anything... pretty sterile...not a romantic setting, but more of a family setting. In fairness, they may be remodeling, I did not ask. One last critical item, we were sitting under a HVAC wall unit, that leaked on us through the meal. I would have asked to move but we moved to the far end of the booth, it was fine then. The outdoor patio is still nice though, and is fun to go watch bands and relax listening to music. We do this frequently as we are "locals". Service - our waitress was attentive, very nice and did check on us. The hostess was great, and was able to seat us right away. So service was pretty spot on. ....except, I am no longer paying credit card service fees that are not verbally noted when I sit down (small print on the menu does not count). These fees, have been added as "Covid era" item to help restaurants. I had no issue with it then, however, we are not in Covid anymore. I run a business and feel this is a cost of doing business and needs to be in the pricing (more helpful for customers) or absorbed. 3% is well over $200 per year for our eating out budget. Food - this is where I left scratching my head. My wife and I both ordered the Beet Salad. It read on the menu it had arugula, butter nut squash and a combination of greens. When it arrived, there was very little arugula, very sparse squash and it had canned beets on it. The greens were very scarce, more of a garnish than a salad amount. At best it looked like it was a small side salad, not a dinner salad. It was not a good price point for what we received in my opinion. However, the Tuna Takati was nicer for $15 and much closer to an Il Cigno level of offering. Another strange dynamic was they offered Kistler Chardonnay, which runs for about $90 a bottle. It is a world class wine, but Im not sure how well it matches the restaurant, or the level and quality of the food we were severed. In summary, if I was the owner of Il Cigno I would be hesitant to send folks to Boro who may looking for an Il Congo experience. In fairness, I did not ask about decor or the HVAC. However, the food is not at par for the pricing or the quality I would expect after eating at Il Cigno.
