All the reviews are not exaggerating. This Taco Bell has such bad customer service. I ordered through DoorDash and they completely ignored my Dasher when she asked about my food. She waited 35 minutes before even being acknowledged by a worker. At this point I had called the store to ask what's up with my order only to receive the craziest attitude from a male worker saying my Dasher went through the drive-thru, they told her to come inside, but she stayed in her car. I asked why they wouldn't just bring it out to her if they see her out there or at least signal her again to come inside. My Dasher said there was only ONE customer every other 5 minutes, and 10 people in the kitchen and she continuously tried to get their attention but was ignored. There's no reason it should've taken this long. The male worker just said 'No we will not do that! We told them to come inside. They decided to sit in their car. That's not my fault.' As someone who has worked in fast food, and now hospitality, even IF my Dasher was in the wrong, why am I, the customer, the one being yelled at I was ready to just drive over there myself at this point but as soon as I hung up they finally yelled at my DoorDasher who was WALKING OUT THE DOOR... meaning she was already inside (these mf's ) and gave her my food. And after this past visit, even frozen dinners are better than eating what this place passes on as "food." The online ordering system is great, as they have expanded their menus since my last visit, 1-star. You can order online and go through the drive-thru to pick-up, rather than trying to figure out what you want while you're at the drive-thru. The employee could not figure out how to find my order and seemed totally baffled as to why I was in the store. I had to explain several times how I ordered. I finally showed them my phone before they believed I had done the process correctly. They eventually found my order amongst the drive thru line orders. 2) Ordered via the app, but for the drive thru since my going in the store caused so many problems. I got there and the location was not even open. I was able to cancel and get a refund through the app, but wasted my time. 3) Didn't bother with the app, went straight to the drive through for breakfast (just before 8:30am) that was being advertised from a sign on the street. It was closed. 4) Ordered from the app, drive thru option. Sat in a 20 minute line to get to the speaker. Then sat 5 more minutes at the window because they'd lost track of my oder. Finally received food and it was not what I ordered. Kind of close. But not really. read more

The late night drive thru has long lines, and the staff is generally apathetic and unhelpful. The employees of this specific location are remarkably rude, and will often have you park to wait for a long order, only for someone on break to walk by your vehicle while smoking. I was told over the menu speaker that they couldn't complete my order one night because they were running low on menu items, yet they didn't turn anyone else away. Weird. The food is average, and nothing really stands out as exemplary on the menu. Good if you're starving or low on cash, not so good otherwise. The other Taco Bell location on Martinazzi nearby is much more helpful, since the employees actually care and the service is far better. read more

I have always been enamored by my flexible will power that strengthens me at some times and is non-existent in others. I swore I would not fall for gimmicky food, limited time food items and yet here I am at a Taco Bell with an order of Black Jack Tacos on my tray. I am not sure what they are trying to attract with this Taco, is it the official snack food of the EMO crowd? Is it the new designer food of the Goth kids? Taco Bell says that it is a celebration of pepper-jack. Whatever. After trying one I just was not sure about what to think. I tried the black shell alone first but could not discern any different or new tastes, it was just... black. The innards of the taco (yes, innards is an acceptable word) was your usual swath of re-hydrated beef and lettuce, but they used a pepper-jack cheese and a pepper-jack sauce on it. It was actually quite tasty. I had a few where the shell split and a few days alter I found that they didn't travel well as the shell stuck to the paper wrapper and broke while I was trying to free it. However it still tasted good, what I didn't have to lick off my hands. Good for Taco Bell to find a way to make the Taco a little more interesting. A Black Soft Taco would be nice too; but you know what I miss? They used to have breakfast at Taco Bell, and it was decent. We were at the drive thru and The woman was so very rude. My questions were simple, i couldn't read the sign and I've never ordered breakfast from Taco Bell so i wanted to know what was in certain things on the menu. Her answers were rude, cut off and not very helpful. All i asked was "what's in the bfast burrito" and "what's in the crunch wrap" she huffed loudly on the intercom. When all was said and done, i got the Sausage bfast burrito and after paying went to leave i said "thank you so much have a wonderful day" as i normally do, worked customer service and sometimes just a simple thank you with a smile can change a persons day, apparently not this woman's... she replied "yep" and slammed the window. I drove off in shock and was very glad i only spent $1.50 there. I went down the street to Burger King and was greeted with amazing customer service and a smile. We had the worst experience we have ever had with any fast food restaurant. We ordered in the drive thru and asked for no cheese 12 pack of tacos because of dietary issues. The order had cheese in all the tacos. We brought tacos to the front door and my son was told by the manager he would not replace the tacos that they made a mistake on until my son said we have dietary issues and can't eat what they made. We waited almost an hour. They left us standing outside waiting. I had to knock on the window. They looked at me in the window and avoided communicating until I walked through the drive thru behind a vehicle to the window twice. The manager at the window said someone should be fired but he was the person who told my son he did not want to remake the tacos. I hope the person who manages this location addresses this with everyone on shift Wednesday Dec 22 from 9pm to 10pm. This seemed like very bad leadership and a very dysfunctional workspace. There was a younger person working who attempted to assist my son originally but the manager did not agree with redoing the tacos they did not make properly as ordered. We will not go to this location again and we had a lot of sympathy for all frontline workers and conditions during this pandemic...this was way over the top even given the circumstances. We had a very important event we were trying to get to and after that experience we changed plans which was incredibly disappointing. I am always between Oregon City, Wilsonville, Gladstone and being a huge Taco Bell consumer I always stop and get 2 chicken soft tacos with the grilled chicken instead of the shredded (like they use to be a year ago) and this store is the only one who charges me $1.00 per taco to simply have them put the original chicken on it!
