OK, so everyone knows fast food isn't good for you but when we do want fast food, Taco Bell is our choice. We are residents of Lake Oswego and had a Pre-Christmas craving. Employees change often so I'm not saying we would never go back but It sure wouldn't be for a long time. I couldn't understand what the gentleman was saying at the speaker despite asking him to repeat it a couple times. Still not understanding his speed of voice, I said I would pull forward. I got a death glare & a nasty attitude. I wasn't trying to be difficult! I honestly could not understand him! We still wanted the food so I went into the restaurant to order. I asked for a manager just so I could make sure and have it handled properly, for fear the man might spit in my food. The lady (Whom I don't think was a manager.) was extremely rude (not what one would anticipate) and so I asked if there was a GM I could talk to. At this point I wanted to complain AND still get the order. He was the most unprofessional person I could have encountered. He began to argue with me about the voice of the person taking the order rather than doing simple protocol of 'hey, I'm sorry for that. Can I take your order?' and gave me a facetious 'Merry Christmas' after I had enough and was walking away. All I wanted was good fast food with convenience! I left the house in my pajamas for heavens sake! Both my husband and I are business owners and would be terribly disappointed if we had employees who represented us like that. Not okay. Got literally my entire wrong. The steak in the quesadilla is dry/stale and there are things literally just missing from a burrito (red strips and Fritos). It's not like they just missed modifications but just the general order. Even when I pulled up to the drive thru they didn't know what was going on. No one knew what was going on. read more

Look, I see your team working to the best of their ability but the fact of the matter is that you guys are under staffed for your lunch rush. As a manager myself I see you guys struggle to get through it and as someone who's lunch is only 30 minutes long it's not possible for me to reasonably come by for my lunch due to the wait time. I appreciate the hard work I see! Especially from the young blonde girl she is very kind. (And the sad part is it's a 3 Minute drive from my work) But you're running a good team! Get more people to tend to that lunch so your sales can be better because you guys have potential! Also got charged $2 for a water cup but besides the matter I see potential in your team and keep that growth up because as I rarely come by due to this issue I'd like that to be different, wishing you guys the best. read more

I hate this Taco Bell. It's around the corner from my office, so occasionally I make a run for the border if I'm super busy and hit the drive through. This is the 2nd time I have ordered off of their new diet/fresh menu and it's the second time I have received the wrong order. I just wanted 2 crunchy tacos, but instead I got two bean and cheese burrito supreme. And oh gawd, What Is That SMELL! I took two bites from one, then tossed in the garbage. Opened the other and saw some sort of meat product in there, so took a couple bites of that too. It joined the other. I think I may hurl. Food/service exactly as expected from a taco bell. The drive-through line layout is really awkward, it should definitely be revisited. I've had to go back around once or twice because they forgot to give me the hot sauce I requested (a problem at every taco bell). Otherwise, it is open late and fine. read more

UPDATE: This place redeemed themselves. We live in the area about 6 months and went there all the time. The kid who worked there no longer did and there were always the same people there after who had great customer service. Is it weird to give an extra star to a fast food joint because of its landscaping? Each time I visit this Taco Bell, here's what I get: - Inexpensive burritos and tacos. - Quick service. - A fresh round of inspiration on how to build our home's perpetually unfinished rain garden. Their landscape architecture is quite beautifully done. I've seen it in action, managing rainwater runoff from the parking lot, and it's both efficient and lovely. Conversely, here is what I do NOT get from this Taco Bell: - Good or safe parking/driving opportunities. The parking lot design sadly suffers as a consequence of its landscaping, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get backed into while I'm waiting in the drive-thru line. - Decipherable drive-thru speakers, which may quite possibly be related to the lack of: - Consistently correct orders. When it comes down to it, all I really want is to get in and out with some cheap food, and fast. So the moral of this story? Juncus grass is pretty and all, but it doesn't taste very good with hot sauce. read more

This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible. I had just bought food there and there was frozen lettuce in my taco and the meat tasted undercooked or as if it wasn't warmed up. They also forgot to add the Churros to my taco box. I don't normally complain about it, but when I called the staff there was so rude and acted very unprofessional. Never will I ever go here. 24 minutes. 24 minutes to go through the drive through on a Sunday night at 6:45. We had to ask for our drink at the window or he wouldn't have given it to us, and when we got home with our food, our order was wrong. He also didn't give us the mild taco sauce he asked us if we wanted and we told him yes. Last time we were there (a week ago) it took 20 minutes. We need to just stop going here. Went here 12/5/2019. The were very short in staff. Only 3 people working at the time. The drive through was slammed. I ordered and waited 25 minutes, and no food was brought out to the people waiting inside. I asked for a refund. The refund took 10 minutes to get because it took 5 minutes to talk to someone and 5 minutes for the manager to figure out how to issue it. I don't blame the workers at all. They were doing their best being extremely short handed. I blame the operator. read more

Great place to go if you enjoy the thrill of having your order screwed up, over charged, and then told they cannot print a receipt... So you can show them where it is messed up. Just gave the food back and got my money back. Don't waste your time with these jokers. read more

The guy who took my order apparently couldn't hear a word I said even though I've been there multiple times and never had any issues. Seemed very annoyed I made any changes to my order(taking off beans). The young man who took my money and gave me my drink was very friendly but he got called away to help with the inside register. I got 3 mild sauces in my bag and when I asked the guy who had originally taken my order if I could have a few more he hands me ONE sauce packet. I ended up parking and going inside so I could have enough sauce for my order. Maybe he was having a bad day but you shouldn't take it out on customers! read more

I went here for lunch and waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru behind 4 cars. When I got to the window we mentioned that it took a long time. The man at the window said "We're busy." I mentioned that we used my lunch break waiting in line. He said "Well, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else!" After another 5 minutes I got the order but some of the food was cold and a burrito was missing from the bag. Terrible experience! read more

This is the slowest Taco Bell drive thru around. If there are cars in the drive thru, I'd avoid it and go elsewhere. You could probably drive to the one in Tualatin and get back before you'd get through the drive thru here. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years and never really had any issues until today. Juan, the manager, was SO RUDE! We ordered 7 items, and when he asked if I wanted hot sauce, I replied yes please lots of hot sauce. When I saw he only put 5 packets (not enough for one per item, and honestly I love 3-4 packets per item, that's my preference) I asked if I could have more. he said he already put A LOT in the bag (is 5 a lot for 7 items? Not for me) I said it wasn't enough and he asked how many more I wanted. I really wanted 10 more but I could see he was annoyed so I just asked for 5, and that's when he rolled his eyes and gave me dirty look. I asked him why he made that face at me, and he replied "that's just my face". Since I go there 1-2 times A WEEK with my kids, I decided to march inside and give that cheap man a piece of my mind.
