In my option the meat could have been more heavily seasoned to stand up against all the other milder/calming flavours. The taco de birria was also enormous, was more like a quesadilla and it was cut into quarters, and topped with onions, cilantro and sour cream. The meat was flavourful and tasted so good dipped into the consommé. Will definitely be back again the next time I'm in town. Definitely give this a try if you haven't already. The checks were wrong, despite us telling the server at the start who was on each check. It took at least 10 minutes to get the checks all right. We left a 20% cash tip on the table, even though we were never asked if we wanted more drinks (some of us ordered cocktails), dessert, or really checked up on. Food and cocktails were good.
