Honestly, the night crew at this location don't get enough love. My husband and I work nights, we work long hours and when we come here it's usually after 16 hours of nonstop on your feet work. We went tonight for dinner before bed and I noticed a receipt from 2 days ago that said "see you tomorrow" lol I guess you could call us regulars. It made me laugh and if I compare to my food from day shift to night shift the night crew always puts out superior food. Breasts and nipples popping out not good to see when ordering in a family fast food place. Also women's restroom needs plastic covers so you are not watching the person next to you using the toilet. And she told me "we have nothing to do w the app so no." We got to the window and I showed her the free reward for my birthday. She saw it on the app. She says "again idk what u want me to tell you I have nothing to do w the app." Might I add, her tone was out of pocket and so rude. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been to this Taco Bell plenty of times and I always ask for a regular chalupa and I get a regular chalupa. Tonight I got home and realized they forgot my chalupas so I called and told them and the lady apologized and invited me back to get them. I get them and go home once again to see that they're supreme and not regular like I asked for. I call back to just get a refund because after working 10 hours I don't want to waste my time making multiple trips to a fast food place. The kid that answered said that they do not come regular and once I informed him that I got them regular in the past he said that's not how it works and that to get a refund I would have to make a 3rd trip back and once I said I don't want to leave my house for the 3rd time he said there is nothing he can do and proceeded to laugh. He said that he "needed" my card to give me a refund as if they didn't just charge my card to pay for the food? The kids working here are just lazy bums unfortunately. They have become comfortable with knowing there are not many other options and because of this, they don't try. We are guilty of going there despite them continuously getting our orders wrong. They have missed small things, sides, etc and even neglected to give us an entire box order. They've ignored modifications, and upcharged for things they "forgot" to give us. We figure it's just fast food, it is what it is... But that's probably the attitude they have and the reason they genuinely lack. Their service has been ok, but God forbid you point out an error to them. They will argue with you that you're wrong until you show them the proof. Sad reality is Valley Springs doesn't have many options in regards to a quick and easy bite. So, despite my many awful experiences, I'll most likely return out of lack of alternatives. Word of advice: do not leave without checking your bag. Unfortunately this may mean unrolling your items and opening things also. This is the absolute despicable restaurant experience in my entire life. -10 If I could. This was not a big deal in the beginning but our order was wrong the cashiers front help was very sweet and accommodating fixed it promptly. Now it goes down hill the cashier was cleaning the front of the restaurant and taking orders as soon as she would come out front customers would come in and someone would yell for her to take the order. This became tiresome you are either understaffed or doing something wrong. None of us came to hear someone yelling. At some point my son got sick and tired of the yelling said he was done and leaving he did not finish his food. He went to the front counter and had words with someone and left. I went to get napkins and I could as well as everyone else in the restaurant here a employee asking who was that person the counter girl whom had helped us clearly knew we were together as she had just asked me 1 minute prior when I went to get a bag. I simply stated my son . So as this other person is asking the counter girl looks at me . I said my son and he was raised better then that to have caused whatever was upsetting them. Went back to my table with my elderly parents and my 6 YEAR old grandson three managers approached our table to confront us about my long gone adult son. They started engaging us I explained he was a adult I have zero control of his behavior and he was gone . They continued obviously looking to engage I politely once again said he is a adult please let us eat. Nope now they are all 3 talking at once loudly we now have the entire restaurants attention. One says my son called her the C word and a B word. I said I did not and no one at this table did anything but the entire restaurant just heard Taco Bell employees using both words I stated please stop don't talk like that in front of my elderly parents and a 6 year old, Please leave us alone let us eat. Denied again repeated the words again once aging I say please look at what you are doing in front of a child who is obviously now scared and distressed . He was done eating and clearly upset as were we all . So no one finished eating . It continued I asked for corporate's number they state that's fine but say I have to give them my name they never gave me corporate's number (google did) they said you all need to leave I'm said as soon as we are done eating . Which we obviously were due to the ridiculous altercation. Keeping in mind not one of us had said or done anything we did not approach the counter in any way except for service the person whom had already left was long gone and we had heard nothing we had no idea that's was going on. On another note they had 3 managers etc but one counter girl maybe if one of them had been working front it may not have happened in any business you don't yell across it to get another's attention simply not acceptable. Then we notice others in the room going back to the counter whom had mistakes as well. I have called corporate I have made a report I will update on this. BTW please review my previous Taco Bell reviews check ins and tips nothing but good. I expect way more then what we just experienced maybe import some employees from other locations. read more

Whether it be an order that needs customization or an order that is directly from the menu, they continue to push the limits of human idiocracy to its breaking point. Even regular items are served either cold or unwrapped and when I ordered a nachos bell grande with only meat and cheese despite being correct on the screen and receipt were served with only chips and not even a teaspoon of what they call meat on them. Horrible customer service!!! Come here sometimes 2 times a week and usually go through the drive thru well today I only had 1 son with me so we decided to go in to eat. Well that was a huge mistake!! Went in and no one at the counter okay I will just do my order on the self order. Normally I have no problems at this TacoBell however lunch today SUCKED! Staff was friendly and service was as expected from TheBell. This time I was on my way home and purchased food to go. I got home got relaxed and began to happily eat my ChickenTaco Salad. Would have been awesome however the salad was flavorless. It was as though no spice or dressing other than sour cream. THE SALAD SUCKED! If it had been eat in I would have been sent it back but since it was take out They win again. I paid for lunch but it was nasty sort of like eating refried no seasoning beans. This is an incredible Taco Bell. Every time I go the visit is consistently great, it is by far the best Taco Bell franchise I have visited. They redid the lobby semi-recently and it looks nice and is always clean. There is always a large number of staff working so the food is quick. Outside and inside of restaurant is always very clean. The menus are well lit and easy to read. The staff is always very nice and cheerful. Food wise, it is always hot and fresh! I only have a couple small complaints... Have had orders wrong in the past. I'm a vegetarian, and always specify I want beans INSTEAD of meat in tacos, etc. Once in a while, they get it wrong. One cashier (named Lindsay) is always very careful about it, and even yells back to the kitchen to make SURE they don't put any meat on my food. Very nice! If she is on register, know that your order will be right. Second small complaint... If ordering a burrito, make sure that Christina makes the burrito for you. First, you know the order is right, and second, your burrito will be perfect! If someone else makes your burrito (as an example), first bite is nothing but sour cream and the last bite is nothing but beans!! Christina makes them with all ingredients equally included in every burrito bite. Doesn't Taco Bell instruct people how to make burritos? Is it THAT hard to get all ingredients equally dispersed through the whole burrito? Why don't they have her teach the rest of the cooks how to make a burrito properly? Anyway, enough complaining... The Valley Springs Taco Bell is one of the best T.B.s in the area including Stockton and Lodi. Although I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in YEARS, I decided to order something instead of being a diva when my volleyball team chose to eat here for dinner. Right when we entered, all the workers greeted us and made us feel welcome. (Props to whoever is managing this spot for fostering such hospitality in the staff!) Although we ordered a lot of food (whoever said girls can't eat is WRONG!), everything came out quickly. My Nachos Bell Grande were very hot and fresh. The tomatoes were very juicy and I loved that the nachos were loaded with them. After we were done eating, one of the players got me a Starbust Strawberry Freeze, which would normally not be my thing, but it was delish! This place seems to be unorganized, employees seem confused and there is never a clean table. When you walk in it just seems dirty. I ordered a taco salad and there was barely any lettuce in it. It was the smallest taco salad I have ever ordered from a Taco Bell. The cashier left her area to empty the garbage cans in the seating area and when a customer walked in, the staff in the back started yelling at her to get to the register. Kind of weird. For a Taco Bell you get what you get. But honestly this Taco Bell is a little different. You get a smile almost always. And you get what you order. I usually come through pretty late and every fast food place screws up your orders late because they know you don't have time to come back and complain. Well not here. They get your order right. The kinda skinny pale white guy working at night is super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. He's really to good to serve at a fast food place.
