Very rude for no reason. I mobile ordered my food and I was still sitting in the drive thru line longer than if I just ordered it regularly.

No customer service at all! I sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I was able to get to order, I was told twice to hold on a minute after the third time I started to order, and he told me to hold on a minute again. I went to order for the fourth time he had a problem taking my order and all I said is are you serious and he told me I was rude and told me that he was not taking my order to move on. I went thru this afternoon the lady at the window was very snarky and rude. We order a baja blast FREEZE, and it was the normal pop drink we said poitlety that we ordered the freeze, after we stated that we did. Nasty, Rude, Disgusting This is if not the worst experience I have ever felt. Vermilion Taco Bell is by far the WORST Taco Bell around. No manners, no respect, hell half the time I don't even get a word out of them, they hand me something and blankly stare at me or just close the window, (is that all of my food? If I have a question how can I ask it, I never have a fork, which is asked for every time and still never in the bag) it's extremely simple to say ( hi and then that's all of the things you ordered, have a nice day) instead I sit at the window for a few or leave if they just walk away, yet again. Food takes FOREVER to get, it is always sloppy, the proportions are never the same. Our orders are rarely correct. We would rather drive to the TB on Cooper Foster by Target that get food from this one in our own town. With the prices raised, this location just isn't worth the money or your time. O.K. so I don't eat fast food. The last time was two years ago and before that...who knows. This visit was an impromptu visit. I do pity the people who do not value their health and eat at these places regularly.... then criticize it. I want to say that these employees this evening, with sweat beads on their foreheads were working their buns off. Yes, it did take around 10 minutes to be serviced inside and the food took about 10 or 15 more minutes or so, but the employees worked diligently. The young man who gave us our food apologized so sincerely for the delay. The food was fine. No complaints as it is what it is. Everyone deserves preservatives every now and then. My only complaint, as a restaurant manager for many years, is that the place is very dirty....well, extremely dirty. During my wait, I wanted to ask for towels, cleaning supplies, and a broom to help them. What I do want to say is I commend that staff working in the back. I saw them hustle. I believe that they would have been out there in the dining area cleaning had they had an extra moment. I saw dedication and a strong work ethic with the young man who took our order. I do hope this place understands sanitation issues but good for you that your employees care. read more

We stopped here on our way back home from Cedar Point, and our experience was just fine. It's attached to a convenience store so the bathrooms were decent. The rest of the restaurant was fairly clean. And they processed our orders quickly. This Taco Bell is off the beaten path so beware that there is nothing else really around. read more

They have a variety of different foods to choose from. They have late hours which makes it great for when you need something at 2 in the morning. Plenty of parking. One time I ordered food here and realized I forgot my debit card and the cashier just gave it to me. Nice! Many of the people that work here seem genuinely upbeat and friendly. My one beef with this place is that they always ask you to fill out a survey and tell you that you have a chance to win an iPad or some nonsense. It's not the employees' fault. I'm sure some dumbass CEO thinks it's a great idea, but in reality, it's annoying. I'm not compelled to do anything for the *chance* to receive compensation. More people would do surveys if they just gave you a free taco. read more
