The last three times I have ordered from here. I've had the worst experience out of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. All three times the order has been incorrect whether it is been the wrong meat or when I have requested condiments they constantly forget them as well as forgetting half of the meal, even when I ordered last night, they forgot the drink two soft tacos, a Chalupa, and the meat was wrong in the grilled cheese burrito. I honestly don't know why this place is getting so much hate I went through the drive-through and the guy was really nice. He gave me a few minutes to think about what I wanted and he answered all of my questions as well when I ordered my food it came fast. My order was correct and it tasted delicious, unfortunately when I tried to go in the door was locked so I didn't get a good look at the ambience. Therefore I can't review the inside of the restaurant. I'm not sure why the inside was closed in the drive-through wasn't I'm not sure if that's a permanent thing or not but I can save the drive-through experience was wonderful, I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

There workers are mean and not very helpful. My husband ordered grilled cheese nacho fries. They were cold Greasy and hard. He tried to return it but they wouldn't let him. We paid over 20 dollars for our food and was highly disappointed to say the least. And that's NOT the first time but thought we would give it another chance. Sad to say they failed again. read more

Seems as though other customers are experiencing a similar experience to what we had this evening. The team was extremely rude to my husband, annoyed by his questions and straight up closed the door on his face. My husband is like the nicest person you will ever meet. The girl with red hair and a nose piercing was standing there texting in the background making snide remarks about my husbands statement. The shift supervisor is who shut the door in his face. I tried calling when my husband arrived home to inquire about the owners and everyone working that evening asking for names for reference. I was hung up on and then they shut the off the phones. Wow... How can one place be so unorganized 24/7.....? I don't even eat here I just pick up food for the homies. But OMG I cannot with this place... I went Inside because the line is always so long. I order on the kiosk and It won't take payment.... So I'm waiting waiting waiting........ then someone said oh do you want to cancel your order!!? I said no this thing is broken. Employee replies. Oh you have to order on the screen then you have to switch to the other kiosk and Pay..... WTF is this.... 5 days ago, I placed an order using kiosk 2 and paid at the kiosk. My purchase was for $8.04 and my e-mail receipt thanked me for the purchase of $8.04. I then noticed that the card used ended in 5473. I do not have a card ending in that number. I checked my bank app and saw that my account was charged $16.02 for this purchase. I was overcharged by almost double. I inquired right away with the cashier and was told that they could not help me and to contact corporate for refund of balance. Using the Taco Bell app, I immediately sent info. After no response after 3 days tried app again. Still have not heard from Taco Bell. Guess Taco Bell is no longer on my list of choices. read more

I would give this store 0 stars if I could! Stopped in with my daughter and used an in store kiosk to order and pay for my food. After sitting in the lobby for close to 40 minutes and realizing we still had not gotten our food I went up to the counter. I stood there for a good while before someone decided to come to the counter to see what was going on (while line workers just stared at me.) . Told them we still hadn't gotten our food and then the worker disappeared. Getting mad, I called out for a manager because I wanted a refund. They told me the only way I could get a refund is if I "called" the taco bell ap." I did not have it on my phone. I am still trying to figure out how to get it to work right and not finding a phone number to call. They gave us our food finally, but I didn't want it! But they REFUSED to give me a refund!! I tried to fill my cup, and instead of soda coming out, it was tea, and if course, the worker didn't seem to care about that either.. So Walla Walla Taco Bell, you have really lost a good customer. Honestly I don't know why this place has such a bad rep. I go here frequently and I've never had any bad experiences personally. They've never messed up my order and are usually efficient, even during rushes. If you leave a bad review because the staff seem a little rushed or don't give you 110% of their attention, you are the problem. Maybe they have new staff now who are a bit more considerate than the old employees that the other reviews mentioned. Solid Taco Bell, would recommend. read more

Horrible customer service! I wanted a item on their menu. The black bean quesarito. However this item is for some reason only on the online menu, they said they have ingredients to make it and the employees know how to prepare it. But they still said I could only buy it online, this does not work for me as my app does not work properly. So I asked if I could talk to someone who could actually explain to me why they couldn't make this food for me. The manager did not care enough to come talk to me but instead sent the cashier back to tell me "it's just how it works". Horrible customer, no one cared to help me or give a good explanation as to why I could not order it or give me a alternative. I would never recommend this Taco Bell, GO TO DEL TACO INSTEAD! Del taco has always been helpful in getting me what I want to order and when there have been mixups or even a delay to my food, they always compensate me with some goodies.
