Went here on 7/8/26@10:50pm. I went thru the drive thru. The store is not is open in the inside at 10:50pm. So you have to use the drive thru. Big mistake deciding to hit this place up and go with the drive thru b/c here I sit. I have been stuck at the drive thru for over 20 minutes now. Unacceptable. I will never come back here again. I literally was stuck in line for a half hour when I finally got my food. I should have just drove on thru and not paid for my food. Like I don't need three chicken tacos that bad and they certainly weren't worth 8.75. The toppings were so skimpy. I just t don't get what could have possibly taken so long? The people in ft of me had the same small bag size I had. And news flash- if the car in front was going to take so long or they did have a huge order- have them pull forward so we can get our food that are stuck behind the car at the window. Waiting over 25 minutes- just a hair under a half hour for 3 chicken tacos that cost me 8.75 is NOT worth it. So much for fast food! Def not fast. And what about my time???? Isn't my time worth something? What if I had to be somewhere? And be on time?! And all the cars behind me!! What about them. What if this was during the day and I was in my lunch break?! Fast food is just a joke now days from the speed of service to the cleanliness of the inside of these places to the quality of food. And the chicken tacos were lame. There was no cheese on them and hardly any lettuce at all. I couldn't taste the cheese at all. Like there was nothing on these chicken tacos: I asked for chicken taco supreme but got regular ones. And the person repeated the order back but they didn't come up as chicken supreme. So no sour cream in them. And I don't have any at home- that's why I ordered supreme. I am just going to do a better job at my meal planning and not plan on going out at all. It's expensive now for what you get and the quality is not there. And honestly the more I think about it if I plan my meals better I will be eating healthier than eating garbage like this stuff was. It was just nasty. It was slapped together. One taco has lettuce- a little. The other one has none- and there never is any cheese on these things. It's time to say bye bye to fast food. At the very minimum this pace for sure. I will never go back here again. Save yourself headaches and don't go here. It's not worth wasting your money over. It's expensive and you don't get what you paid for. There are much better options in the very area where this place is located. To go to. Mike's Italian is close by- his food is awesome. Call ahead and order it to go. That's what I should have did. Shoot, go to Kwik Trip and get some food there. Anything but going here. It's just bad- slow service as well. And none of these places care. That's the new trend. Ever since Covid many places became short handed and service is at a all time low. You def don't get what you paid for. I went to the Taco Bell in Baraboo at around 11: 40p.m. to collect a Doordash order. I had another one at the Kwik Trip next door, so I parked in front of the Taco Bell (because they don't hand doordash orders through the drive thru window - telling Dashers to park at the front and wait), with the intention to walked to the drive thru window and ask how long the order will take so that I could go collect the Kwik Trip order and come back. When I got out of my vehicle at the front of the store, the night manager was sitting outside with 2 other workers. He said, "the lobby is closed." I said, "Doordash." He repeated what he said and I said that i'm not going into the lobby. I walked to the drive thru window and asked the worker how long for the order. Before she could respond, the manager rushed in, told her not to answer me and slammed and closed the window in my face. I walked over to the Kwik Trip, collected my order and went back to the store. The worker at the window saw me and shouted to me, "my manager said you're not to come back." Now, this night manager is supposed to lead by example and is supposed to be the one showing the highest level of customer service. Well, he lost this customer and I will also make sure that I do not collect any Doordash at any Taco Bell stores. Unbelievable!!! read more

Last time I ordered was 2 months ago and you guys messed it up and I was like hmmm let's try again tonight and put in a mobile order and you didn't even give me the right stuff? The Taco Bell/KFC in Reedsburg is a sad excuse- gives both chains a bad name. He either cannot get what's on the menu, or they won't allow substitutions for KFC. The owner/management is sorely lacking. I would rather drive 12 miles to the next closest Taco Bell or KFC, rather than go to this location EVER again. If I could give it minus stars I would. I tried ordering my food at the kiosk because no one would help me. Then someone tells me the lobby is closed. How come the doors are unlocked? It's been a couple months since my last experience at this Taco Bell, I started going out of my way to go to a better Taco Bell because this one wasn't quite working out. I was considering going again for this review but the thought of their food made me sick. NOT Taco Bell's food in general, but THIS Taco Bell. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the few times I did go, I went through the drive thru each time, the employees were always very kind to me. Not once did I have a problem with then. (But I also ordered off the app each time so there was no way they'd not hear my order correctly) The food is where this Taco Bell goes wrong, and that's something the guest service can not make up for. Nothing is properly prepped, my refried beans always tasted like they sat there all day and haven't been fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes were dry, also never fresh, and the taco shells often were stale and not fun to bite into. They may have just constructed a whole new outside of the store but don't let that fool you, they still need a lot of work on running the store itself. Until that gets fixed, I suggest the 10 minute drive to the next nearest Taco Bell, don't let this bad experience turn you away from all Taco Bells because there are Taco Bells that will make you the happiest person on earth just walking into them. read more

This spot was very rude. They told us they wouldn't serve us because our car was too loud. We drove 30 minutes just to get to a Taco Bell. And told us that we had to leave. We asked why and said we drove that far and they said "we don't care, have a nice night", the late night employees here are the worst people my friends and i have ever met in our entire life, and they should be fired. I don't usually review fast food because it's pretty straightforward. However, I'm making an exception. Taco Bells usually have poor service, mess up your order somehow, make you wait 10-15 min for your food, and/or tell you AFTER you've paid that they're out of something. This time, none of those things happened. Service was great, order was accurate, speed was good, and the cashier checked ahead of time to find out if an item was sold out (it wasn't -- we got the last one). Kudos Baraboo Taco Bell. Please train the employees in my town. I like your food but don't eat it much because the experience is almost always crappy. read more

Today my friends and I went through the drive through and ordered just about 20 dollars worth of food, upon paying I could not findo my card and Tyler ( I believe that is his name) payed for our meal, I am beyond amazed and thankful for people like him. I went through the drive-thru, but I was greeted and dealt with by a very friendly worker. Even though I was impressed by the worker over the intercom, I was upset at how long I had to wait for my FAST food. Food was as good as mexican fast food could be. The last thing about this Taco Bell that upset me was that they did not serve the chili frito burrito after the franchise advertised it over the radio and the television. Today I went to this Taco Bell location and after the second bite of a fiery dorito taco I begin to starting choking on something. Luckily I was able to dislodged what was stuck in my throat and 911 did not need to be called. It was a very large piece of what appear to be a plastic bag. I contacted the headquarters only to be told sorry for your experience and will have someone contact you in 3 days.
