Today - okay give it another try. Got another server that was busy talking to a coworker. No eye contact with me the customer. So I walked away after 20 seconds to get a BigGulp. Came back and they were still chatting. No acknowledgement of customer waiting to place an order. Finally the gal asked me what I wanted. I asked why the customer isn't important enough to acknowledge. She avoided eye contact and said conversation was important. I walked out. I have worked in Customer Service in several positions, including management, over 30 years. This was just a really crappy crew. Gosh I really heard good things about the food - now I'll never know.
