The empanadas appeared rushed and were noticeably smaller than what we're used to. I called to express my concern and was offered a replacement order. When I picked it up, the empanadas were exactly the same as before. When I pointed this out, I was told they're "trying new ways to make them." The problem is that they're much smaller now and not worth the price being charged. I ended up leaving disappointed. Please fix your empanadas--they were incredible before, but today they definitely missed the mark.

Finally asked for my order with such a lousy attitude. I ordered two tacos - she sighed and walked over to work on it with hands on her head again - I said nope, no thanks and walked out. Today - okay give it another try. Got another server that was busy talking to a coworker. No eye contact with me the customer. So I walked away after 20 seconds to get a BigGulp. Came back and they were still chatting. No acknowledgement of customer waiting to place an order. Finally the gal asked me what I wanted. I asked why the customer isn't important enough to acknowledge. She avoided eye contact and said conversation was important. I walked out. I have worked in Customer Service in several positions, including management, over 30 years. This was just a really crappy crew. Gosh I really heard good things about the food - now I'll never know.
