Of the 4 times I've been here this has been the case every time. 100% mishap average. I've been missing food items on three visits and I received the complete wrong order on another. 2 of the visits they were out of crucial supplies. The first time, they were out of large drink cups. They told me that I could have small medium or nothing. Keep in mind I had paid already in the app. Today they had no steak. Now I wouldn't mind as much if I ordered at the restaurant and I was told they didn't have it. But I paid in the app once again so there was no recourse. I've tried to order things before in the Taco Bell app and saw that certain items were not available. Why can't this place report that they have a shortage of something like other locations? Why do we have to wait until they prepare the food before pulling up to the window? It's about spoofing the metrics. Somebody needs to look at how this store is being managed. Or better yet, not managed.

With this being a newly opened store in Westlake I expected better. It seems all KFC locations have…read moregone downhill in the past 5-6 years. This one is no different. This store has been open for a month or two. I held off going when it first opened to avoid disappointment due to lack of training, lack of staffing, or lack of experience. My order was simple. The location was not busy as only one person was eating in the lobby and nobody in the drive through. 4 workers were standing behind the counter gossiping with a customer at the register. The ambiance is like most other locations except there are very few people inside with good reason. The store is cleaner than most but it's less than 2 months old. I ordered saucy nuggs (10 each of all 4 flavors), 2 orders of fries, a Starry, a Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, and 10 Cherry Pie Poppers. What I got was astounding. I received 30 something nuggets instead of 40. That meant that I got 3 flavors instead of 4. - I was willing to let this go because I didn't want to go back to the restaurant. 2 orders of cold soggy fries that usually are served at KFC so I got what I expected. 1 Starry Soda - no complaints there 1 Pepsi...yes Pepsi instead of Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning. - once again I was willing to overlook this as I enjoy Pepsi. And 3 Cherry Pie Poppers and one regular size Apple pie thrown in the box instead of the other 7 poppers that were missing. That last one shows the complete disregard for me as a customer, my satisfaction, and the money I paid. Total apathy is what makes an order like this happen. Mind you, nobody asked me about substituting anything. Nobody said anything about not having what was ordered. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Diego was receptive and invited me back anytime to get what I was shorted. I am not sure if I'll take him up on that offer. But if I do and everything is good, I'll update this review. But I wouldn't count on it. It's been years since I've had a correctly prepared order at any KFC location in any state.

I ordered a pickup from KFC and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The bag was…read moreso heavy that when I picked it up, it ripped and dropped everything on the floor--including some of the chicken. That's when I realized my order was wrong. I had specifically ordered extra crispy, but they gave me something else. They offered to only remake the pieces that fell, but refused to correct the rest of the incorrect order. When I asked for a manager, a young kid came out who also refused to fix it and just argued with me. Meanwhile, I stood there being stared at by the staff like I was the problem. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to ask, "Where's the chicken?"--they had forgotten all about it. My broken bag and food sat on the counter the whole time, and not one employee came to help or repack anything. I was so frustrated, I packed up what was there myself and left. When I got home, I realized I had left half the order behind in the chaos and had to go all the way back. On top of everything, the chicken was soggy--my husband wouldn't even eat it. Absolutely awful service and food. I won't be returning to this location--or any KFC--for a long time. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered a kids meal turkey sandwich with cheese and lettuce. (Meal comes with chips and a drink or two cookies and a drink). I also ordered a 6in Philly cheesesteak with onions and peppers. Service was great. Both subs were delicious and I love getting to use my reward points.

UPDATE AS OF 8/14/2024: I think the person who made my sandwich is a new manager. I ordered a footlong steak and cheese sandwich. I'm supposed to get 2 containers of steak meat for each side of the 6-inch bread. I noticed she only put one container of steak for the footlong sandwich. I also remember using my Subway app when I got in line for discounts and rewards. I noticed there was a coupon and $2 credit I would be able to use. When I mentioned it to her she made a comment saying about me "cheating the system". This opened my eyes. This type of comment only comes from people who view other people as thieves. I came back into the store to get a drink. I was trying to quickly make a cup size selection based on the amount I actually needed without having to waste any of my drink. I just wanted something to wash down the sandwich. She made a decision for me pointing at the small cup and made another comment about being able to refill it over and over so I didn't have to spend more money on a larger cup. My purpose was to just purchase a drink that would be enough not if the drink was too expensive for me to afford. I asked her about the amount of steak that's supposed to go into a steak and cheese sandwich and she told the truth about the amount but yet still gave me a bs amount. I won't be returning to this location. The service has just gotten worse since she arrived. PREVIOUS POST: The guy who works here has no people skills and skimps on the meat. He gives you one flat layer of meat making your sandwich thin and pure vegetables. All the other subways are way better than this location.
