had such a great experience at Tulum! The place is very clean and modern with an awesome vibe--lively music playing in the background made it feel really fun and welcoming. The prices were reasonable for the quality you get, which was a big plus. Our waiter, Jaime, was excellent; he was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I ordered the fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious--flavorful, well-prepared, and generously portioned. Overall, this spot really impressed me, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some Mexican food here in Wellington. Definitely will be back.

    Chipotle chimichanga

I came here for a family member's birthday on a Tuesday. The ambiance is nice and not too crowded. I tried the chipotle chicken chimichanga. I asked for the chipotle sauce on the side because I thought it would be spicy, but the chipotle sauce here was very mild and barely tasted like real chipotle sauce. I didn't like the chipotle sauce as much as I thought I would. I usually love chipotle sauce everywhere else I go, so I was pretty surprised by how different this one was. I also asked for a side of the poblano sauce and they said they ran out of it. Normally this would be fine but I was disappointed because they originally took my order with the Poblano sauce on the side and just never brought it out (or told me they ran out) until after I asked where the sauce was. They were nice enough to make me my own sauce but it was so spicy and full of chillis that none of us could eat it. A few people tried and could literally feel their stomachs burning. We had to order milk to calm down their stomachs. Overall, my chimichanga and the rice were flavorful and cooked well. I just wish they had better sauces that could go with the dishes. They also do give free chips and salsa, but neither of the salsas were my favorite. I would have preferred a more creamy salsa or sauce as a dip. Since we went on taco Tuesday, they had a deal for some of their basic tacos. You can get 3 tacos for $4 each, which is a pretty good deal. The only thing to keep it in mind is that it is a very basic taco and doesn't have the cool toppings like their special tacos. I would say it is probably worth it to just spend $1 more per taco and get three tacos for $16-17 if you can get more toppings in their special tacos. The con about their special tacos is that they are three of the same taco. They do not let you mix and match tacos unless you are choosing from their basic tacos. Also they charge an automatic tip for parties larger than 6 people. Just something to keep in mind in case you would like to bring a large group.

    Birria quesadilla & ceviche.

I had a lunch date here on a rainy Friday afternoon. We arrived around 1pm and the restaurant had maybe four other patrons at the time. We were seated at a table in the back close to the bar. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. He brought out chips and salsa right before we placed drink orders, two shots of don julio, a strawberry supernova and a mango margarita. The chips were just ok. No taste of salt or lime. I wasn't a fan, but the salsa was ok. My strawberry supernova was disgusting. I honestly hated the drink and can't really pinpoint what did it for me but nothing about it. Was tasty at all. Somewhat resembled cough syrup. My date enjoyed his mango margarita. We ordered the ceviche as an appetizer. It took a really long time to come out, but it was super fresh and flavorful. For an entrée, I chose the Birria quesadilla. The flavor of both the quesadillas and the consommé were amazing. I would definitely order these again. Portion size was large enough for me to have leftovers to take home. My overall dining experience was nice and I would return.

AMAZING MEXICAN FOOD! The best Birria Tacos I have ever had, hands down. I wish they had one of these in Miami! The Toasted Coconut Mojito was very good; it was fresh and strong. The Street Corn comes with 2 cobs and is very tasty (can be shared). The Birria Tacos were absolutely amazing. They were full of flavor, packed with the perfect amount of meat, and overall delicious. I highly recommend to give these a try. I would drive all the way back up here just to have Tulum's food again. The restaurant itself was decorated very nicely and made you feel like you were in Mexico. They also had a live singer which was very nice to have. The service was good and our waiter was very friendly!

Lovely place with great food. We started off with the street corn which was a little different but still good. The mango habanero wings were so good, definitely my favorite wings by far. For my entree, I had the burrito bowl with chicken, it was delicious and I loved the different flavors. My boyfriend had the birria tacos, it was a little different since the taco shells were made of cheese. Definitely a good place for date night

One of our favorite places to enjoy! Great service, fantastic drinks. We dug right in forgot to show you the Mexican Street Corn. A must get! We come here again and again. Sunday brunch is available and bottomless mimosas. Run, don't walk. You're welcome!!

The place looks good and spacious. The decor is well thought out and conveys a sense of elegance. Then from here it goes South quickly. Food is average, nothing more than that and in the range of 5-6 miles you can find also cheaper places with same quality or better. It seems that all they took care of is the look. The service is dragged at the bar, but that's not even the main issue. The issue is mostly this: everything is pretty bland and overpriced, which just doesn't make this a good value place. The salsa that comes complementary with the chips is one of the tasteless I ever had. Margaritas are watered down, but here to be honest, I have to say many "Mexican" places in PBC do that. Still... The rice-and-bean was as if someone just opened a can of beans and add it to some overcooked rice. Overall, more show than real value; I don't expect real Mexican in PB County, but something has to work right: either you cook well with fresh ingredients, or you make good cocktails or you have good prices or the service is great. Tulum delivers a so-so experience that can be had for half the price in many other places.

That happens to be their Poker night, so it makes complete sense. However, I think the staff, service, food, ambience, and kava are what make this place exceptional. I had been to a couple kava bars but Colton did an outstanding job of explaining the differences between the Kava and Kratom and the effects. He even did a do-over when my guest finally arrived. With such insightful guidance, I went with his recommendation of the double dragon, choosing the green tea and a shot of kava. Colton may have okay taste in English football, amazing taste in Italian football, but his choices in drinks are unparalleled. The drink was delicious, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. If I'm being honest, this was the first time I actually felt the effects of kava. Outside, of Colton, the vibes are inviting and intimate, but not exclusive. The decor and music create a very relaxing atmosphere, which is conducive to the experience. There's a pool table and game room, a stage area, and a bar, in addition to all the couches and seats around. I didn't have any if the food this time, but they have lovely cakes and pastries, as well a pizzas and bar food. If the food is as well crafted as the rest of the place, I'll definitely be eating here next time. It's a bit of a journey for me, but the experience is well worth it. Will try to see what bands perform there and try to catch one that I like. If you're looking for a place to relax and have a great time, the Chill Room OG location is the one you want.

They had a couple appealing blackboard specials including a crab bisque soup. We both wound up getting some of this soup. It was thick and very good! My husband got the half sandwich and soup. For his sandwich choice he got roast beef with tomato and onion on rye bread. Except for the edges of the bread being a little tough, he really liked the roast beef. And he liked the crab bisque so much that he got a bowl to go. After my cup of soup, I had their "lazy wings" -- basically chicken tenders. Five large breaded pieces to the order, I got them with teriyaki sauce. They were a bit sticky with a sprinkling of sesame seeds, but very good.
