All other times, they pay attention to the drive thru first, they ignore a person at the counter. If you use the app to order they "forget" to set it out until it is so cold the grease collagulates. Last night I must have been on an off-year, as I ordered on the app, and since the lobby was locked and closed at 10 PM I went through the drive-thru to pick up. Service was their usual--Duhh. The food, however, when we got home was something they must have scraped out of the trash. The "Mexican Pizza" was burned I mean the Cabbage?? on top was charred, then covered with salsa. The second layer had dried up pieces of chicken and nothing else discernable as food. The best I can say about the entire $25 order, is the Cinnamon Twists were good. I really think it's time for Taco Bell to hire a manager for this location. If I drive a little more out of my way to the location on Meridian, the food is always good, and service is great. If I go to South Seneca, same. This location on West st. Maybe park a food truck in the parking lot so serve Tacos?
