A one star Yelp rating. No way I told myself. I even read through the comments and it appeared to be mainly customer service, human error kind of issues. So what the heck, why not give them a chance. (Dumb). I must say upfront the only thing they got right was the service. Cashier was friendly, order was right, food came up fairly quick. (End of chapter 1). When you walk into the bathroom, it's atrocious and the soap dispenser is busted and in pieces on the wall. No way to get soap. Wonder how the employees MUST wash their hands policy works. STRIKE ONE. Walk to the beverage center with my cup. It's an absolute mess. Garbage all over, food or something on the clean lids, complete disarray. Side items a wreck. It looked worse than my teenage sons bedroom did after one of his fits. (See picture). STRIKE TWO. I get my food fairly quickly on a dirty tray. The nacho supreme was okay except was more of a bean pile than anything else. It was edible though. I was going to give the place a break up until this next point.... I ordered the Taco Supreme meal. Listen to this... my taco shells broke at the bottom on my first bite. Why, you ask.. old shells, broken shells, too much meat?? No folks. The tacos were so under filled that the shell collapsed on itself. All three of them. This is a blatant attempt of the management/ownership of this place trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out. If I combined the fillings of all three tacos that would equal a single taco at any other Taco Bell I've ever been to. STRIKE THREE. This place isn't bad because of location, employees, etc. It is absolutely mismanaged. It is probably understaffed on purpose, hence dirt and customer service issues. Don't make my mistake and give it a chance until you see the UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT (or ownership or both) sign waving out front. read more

They refuse to honor any deals or coupons. They frequently run out of ingredients or don't carry things. Half of the employees are super nice and the other half just don't care. Quesadillas are never melted all the way through. read more

By far the worse Taco Bell in Wichita Falls!!!! Can't roll burritos enough to keep the contents in and the tortillas are very stale. Definitely worth heading 10 minuets further to hit a better Taco Bell!! Have yet to have a good order from this location. read more

My god.. This was an absolutely terrible experience and I wish I had checked the yelp reviews before I went. We went through the drive thru. First off, the lights weren't on at night and I couldn't read the menu. Then the employee couldn't hear a thing I said, even though I was speaking loudly. We ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for only a few things and nobody checked with us to tell us that it would take a while. They just scurried around inside apparently not doing a whole lot. When we get it, the drink was warm. How does that even happen? Isn't the water kept cold? Maybe not... My burrito "supreme" was only supreme in the Shire. Here in Texas, there wasn't anything "supreme" about it. It was pathetic and closer to a 5 layer burrito. The got the crunchy taco right. Big whoop. They didn't give my girlfriend a fork for her salad, so we had to find one in the hotel. read more

You really never know what you're going to get here. Sometimes its good but more often than not it's slow service and sloppy, bad food. I got a Mexican pizza once that literally tasted like vomit. There was definitely something wrong with it. This Taco Bell is closest to where I live but I always drive the extra few miles to the one on Kemp. It shares a building with KFC and neither of them are worth going to unless you're nearby and on a time/gas limit. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The times I've been there the service has completely sucked and the food was cold and disgusting. The orders are always wrong and they have shorted me something at least twice out of few times I've forced myself to go through the drive thru there. I live on the northwest side of town and it's a short drive from where I live so it would be convenient if that place wasn't so terrible. Instead I find myself driving into town if I really want some Taco Bell. My advice is to avoid this place like the plague because if you eat there you might come down with something like that. read more

This was probably the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to in 20 years. Service was incredibly slow and all the patrons were complaining. Appeared there was not enough staff, but there were no explanations to patrons as why service was so slow. It took 20 minutes to get order and then the order was wrong! The customer service was horrible, the food was cold, they forgot things off my order and then the drink fountain was not kept upnsonwe had bad soad. I had to go in twice and wait 40 minutes for my food. Then after we came home my sister and mother got very sick. Do not eat here. read more
