It's terrible that you get charged more than their sign posted above the register. I've been getting Littles for years and it jumped this year from $3 to $3.25 but now they charge $4. When we said you need to cover up the price with tape since they said they we're waiting on their new sign. Nicholas replied that then people won't know how much they cost, LOL cuz you don't know how much they cost because the price is different. Guess he doesn't understand logic. I just love this place. Always greeted by the smiling faces of Ashley and Jacey. The place is spotless clean on every visit. I've yet to have a displeasing experience. I always get the Gargantuan, minus the lettuce & tomatoes. It's my favorite at this point AND I do require the Salt & Vinegar Chips as well, the meal here is just not complete without them. The bread always taste fresh. Meats are so delicious. The combination on my sandwich is just perfect. Another thing I like about this location is the music being played on their system. Original review seems to have been removed. 8/27/2020 I have not had the occasion to go into our local Jimmy John's restaurant since our mask order went into effect back in July. Since I've been glued to my computer trying to figure out the nuances of Zoom and other aspects of our new reality, I have primarily ordered delivery. So you can imagine my surprise when I walked in to the store yesterday and none of the employees were wearing masks. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Nor did there seem to be any concern for social distancing or plastic dividers between the cashier and patron, etc. None of the safeguards and processes that so many of us have worked on putting into place FOR FREAKING MONTHS. (I just went to Tuesday Morning, and you practically have to have PPE to go in there. And good on 'em I say.) When I asked the woman behind the counter at JJ's why they were not complying with the local mask order, she first said that they were not allowed to wear masks. Yes, you heard that right, NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR MASKS. When I questioned that, she revised her response to state that they "didn't have to." Hmmmm. That sounds really fishy to me. Do they have some special dispensation from the city council not to follow the rule that EVERY FREAKING OTHER EMPLOYEE in this town has to follow? I mean, I hate the mask, it truly sucks. But I wear it, EVERY FREAKING DAY, because if I took it off and tried to swan around the public spaces of my workplace without it, I would certainly get reprimanded if not worse. And don't get me started about the utter disregard this franchise owner seems to have for the health and safety of their employees. Good grief. My kid is going to his sophomore year in high school online right now because some nitwits couldn't do some basic things to help us flatten this freaking curve. Thanks Jimmy John's Wichita Falls. Jimmy Johns is easily my favorite sandwich chain. The bread, meats, cheeses, and condiments all have more flavor than the fare at competing sandwich chains, and the service is quite pleasant. This Jimmy John's here in Wichita Falls looks exactly like every other Jimmy John's I've ever gone to: big, open bread-baking/sandwich-making area behind the counter on the right; line of tables along a tall, red brick wall on the left, and humorous tongue-in-cheek signs everywhere. If you like tuna sandwiches, Jimmy John's makes one of the best I've ever had. It may sound strange, but the touch of soy sauce they add to their tuna mix adds a wonderful savory undertone that really enhances the sandwich. Their roast beef is also excellent, but when I crave meat I reach for the Italian Night sub. Real Italian salami, capicola (basically proscuitto), smoked ham, and provolone... I just finished eating one an hour ago, and just thinking about it makes me want another. Prices range from ~$5-$7, and all subs are served on 8 inches of their delicious, freshly baked bread. They're constantly baking fresh bread, which often results in some leftover loaves the next day. If you don't mind a day old loaf, they sell them for $0.50. They're huge and still very delicious. Pop 'em in the oven for 10 minutes, and they'll be almost as good as new. Those of you seeking a healthier sandwich may opt for their whole grain bread (sliced, not sub, unfortunately) or even lettuce as a wrap. I'm not sure how large their delivery area is, but I imagine they deliver to the MSU campus, so if you're hungry and want something other than pizza, I bet JJ's got you covered. Just a note: JJ's is notorious for its freaky-fast sandwich making and delivery service. I've had friends who have had sandwiches delivered to them just as they hung up the phone, and I've seen employees at other Jimmy John's challenging themselves to complete sandwich orders in under 20 seconds. This location isn't quite that crazy yet, but they were still plenty quick, and my sandwiches were as delicious as ever. If you're near campus or the mall, give Jimmy John's a try. I'm positive their delicious sandwiches will hook you just like they did me 7 years ago. read more

Jimmy John's is definitely MUCH BETTER than Subway. Their sandwiches taste much more flavorful than other sandwich chains. Prices are decent and their service is fast! Oh and they also deliver, which is a huge plus! read more

Customer service is terrible. I have been ordering sandwiches here since they first opened, and I've let several small things slip but finally I have to say enough is enough. We ordered four sandwiches to go, got home, and one of them was wrong. It was 9:30 at night, my family was tired and we all just wanted to eat a quick dinner and go to bed. When I called to complain, the only resolution the manager offered was, "bring the sandwich back so we can see it or there's nothing I can do." Seriously? I have to come back at 10pm before you can say, "I'm sorry, your next sandwich is on me." The manager's name was J.C. Or maybe Jayce, but either way, she said she didn't have the authority to replace a sandwich. Seriously? What manager can't fix a mistake made by the staff on her shift? I hope the owners read this, because they have lost a formerly loyal customer tonight. Good job Jayce. read more

I've seen their delivery cars everywhere on campus, so I thought to go ahead and check them out, especially since they were more frequent than pizza or Chinese delivery-to a college campus. As far as sandwiches go I would say this place is way above average. My personal preference is still Deli Planet in Bewitching Falls, but I have no problem eating here at anytime. read more

Shame on you Jimmy Johns! Went in for a quick couple of sandwiches tonight and there were no other customers in the place. They actually had three employees standing at the counter awaiting business. And yet they still managed to screw up one of the two sandwiches ordered... Amazing!! This is not the first time I have had this happen and had actually refused to go back the last time. I called the "manager" after returning home with our two sandwiches and he offered to let me drive back up there and he would remake that sandwich. He was actually the one who messed up the first sandwich so I didn't see that as much of an advantage. He also was the manager one minute and then not the manager the next minute not knowing that I already knew who the store manager was and it was not him. He seemed totally clueless as to what to do or how to help under the circumstances. Due to the fact that my husband is diabetic I gave him my sandwich which was an unwich to put inside what was lacking from his sandwich in order for him to have dinner. I felt like there should have been other concessions made such as possibly whipping us up another sandwich and bringing it to us since we are not close by but a realistic drive from there.
