Got in line at the drive thru 06/01/2026 at 4:45pm. I was the THIRD person in line. I waited 30 minutes before getting out of my car and going inside and asking what was going on. The person at the register (taller male, long dark hair) said "it's not our fault it takes so long when another customer orders 50 items!". I told him they could park the car in the front, so that at least the rest of us could leave. He again yelled and said "we're not allowed to do that!". What's up: We were getting hungry and were charging nearby at the Tesla Supercharger. After a quick look around for food choices, we decided on tacos. Parking: Plenty of parking available. This place is a bit tucked away towards the back and the place was empty. There's a spot up front dedicated for mobile pickup. Environment: Walking in, the inside was also empty. We had placed a mobile order prior to arriving and it was a bit of wait before our order was up. Restrooms are located to the right of the order counter will require a code, just ask a staff member. The mobile order pick is on the far left of the counter, near the drinks machine. What was ordered: - Soft Taco (it was decent. Be sure to add hot sauce for more flavor) Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Entire staff needs to be either retrained or replaced. While standing at the counter waiting to have our order taken, observed 5 employees joking around, screaming and using foul and offensive language. The restaurant was filthy with food on the floor and napkins and straw wrappers everywhere. The cashier finally decided to take our order and proceeded to joke around and tell us they were out of almost everything.... Which turned out to be not true. While dining in this restaurant we had to listen to the most foul and offensive language and the drive thru persons impersonation of all the customers in the drive thru. Absolute worst experience I've ver had at a Taco Bell. The dude at the register was competent, but the store was in complete disarray. I went there with my family for lunch on 8/8/18 and immediately after I ordered, there was a customer that was complaining that he had been waiting 30 minutes. For sure I thought he was exaggerating. I was wrong. As the cashier happily kept taking orders with no warning of the waiting times, it became clear everyone in the store was enraged. I thought, maybe they hit a snag and will work it out soon, but no. My order took 30 minutes(!). It was 2 Chalupas and a Quesarito. I'm not exaggerating, it was literally 31 minutes of waiting. The kicker? The Chalupas were stone cold, with only the the Quesarito being somewhat warm. I could see the staff was working there best, and there was a lot of "sorry for the wait," but the store manager needs to be fired and banned from the food service industry for life. At the very least, the manager should have told the sole cashier to warn customers there was a 30 minute wait, so they could opt to drive to more miles down the freeway to the next Taco Bell. read more

The employees were yelling at each other about who was screwing up. One guy in the back grabbed the inside of a trash can to move it and then went back to making food.
