The stir-fries were outstanding--the chicken packed a punch with spice and that wonderful numbing kick from Sichuan peppercorns, and the eggplant was fried to perfection with crispy edges, just like a dish I loved growing up in China. My husband enjoyed his pho as well. The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed with online orders, so they weren't able to prepare some of the authentic dishes from their "secret menu," but what we did have was excellent. The sauce was amazing, a deep, savory flavor, the veggies were perfectly done, the shrimp were very good, and the scallops were absolutely buttery. The pork was very tender. It came with a good amount of rice, which was tender and perfectly done of course, I tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. That is such a bad habit of mine. To drink, I had a jasmine hot tea, which was also very good. I ended up eating all of the crab puffs, they were so good, and half of the main course ended up being breakfast the next morning.
