This location has gone way downhill. First of all how does a fast food restaurant not have kids meals? It's on the corporate website menu but not at this location. The condiment pans were empty at 8pm. The tortillas tasted like they'd been left out all day, they got my order wrong, the counter girl was not pleasant. Just the whole experience was a letdown. I don't have high expectations when it comes to fast food but this location was about as disappointing as it could get. A reflection of the management and franchisee. Whoever owns this taco Bueno is an idiot, who is going to lose every penny. He invested in this place because of the way it's run. The sign out at the drive-through. Looks like somebody put a fist through it so you can only see half the menu. The people inside do not know their head from their ass. They get the order wrong every time. This time, I was smart enough to check before I left and I was missing three things. I went back to the drive-through, and told them I was missing and they argued with me before looking at my receipt and understanding that they did not give me all my food. Then after that, they still got it wrong. Serving fast food is not rocket science. So the problem here is obviously the leader ship. Won't be back ever again. read more

Went to taco bueno for a quick dinner. I ordered 2 burritos 2 tacos and a drink. When I got to the window she said that'll be 26.12. Looked later and the tacos are 3.50 each. I don't understand why others give this place a bad review. I've been there 5-6 times and never had anything but a great experience. The quality of their food is significantly higher than the Bell, their prices are good and everyone in there has always been extremely friendly. Every time I've been, it's been for dine-in service...maybe the drive-thru is a different deal, I dunno. I'll keep going there with no regrets. read more

Let's see!!! Where do I start. Guess In the beginning. First off it was an online order. Ordering was very hard. It stated my order would be ready at 4;09. I pulled in the parking their are no spots for pickup orders. So I get a spot and get a text message at 4:10 that my order is ready. Message says to call them when I get parked. Called several times no answer. So I decided no dedicated parking and this is curbside pickup I will just park at the door. I wasn't really dressed to go inside. Once inside I have to wait several minutes for someone to show up to the counter. I could not understand and barely could hear the kid. Told him I was here to pickup my order. Well guess what. They haven't even started it. So why did I get a text saying it was ready. Now I wish I had left it on the counter. Oh please do not venture into this place. There were 3 employees and 4 customers. The beans were a mystery. No lettuce on the tacos. Burrito had those mystery beans in it The rice was dry and no flavor I could go on and on!!! I got to leave this place after 4:30. Went into Taco Good for a Taco Salad in a tortilla shell. The shell was good but the salad looked like they prepared it with a shovel. Maybe their other job is slopping the hogs on the farm. Guacamole looked like they got some on one finger and wiped on the shell. Four tiny tomato squares. Pitiful. read more

This place is terrible. I've been here twice and the first time they were taking FOREVER but I just assumed they were low on staff or something. The second time it took a while and there weren't any people inside. Another car and I were the only ones in the drive thru. I ordered a chicken nacho box, a beef nacho box and a beef burrito. Worst experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes on two whollotta boxes. Excuse was nobody fried the taco shells that morning so they were frying more. You sell tacos for a living for crying out loud!!! I could not wait for this location to open. I have loved Taco Bueno since 2010 when I moved to TX. The first experience was mediocre. Slow service, poorly prepared products, cold to luke warm food, and the order was wrong. I excused this as it was the opening week. The next 2 visits however were as bad or worse. The facility is not well kept, food is wrong regularly, and the process is always slower. read more

This used to be a great restaurant but has gone WAY down hill. Their proportions are awful! I ordered some soft tacos and opened the wrapping to see a tiny tortilla that wasn't even half full. I've been here 4 times and each time the place was untidy. The condiment counter is always messy, there is always trash/food on the floor and you have to look around for a clean table. The service is seriously slow paced but the food is pretty good. I guess that I will have to start going back to mesquite for cleaner and better. read more

Not impressed, I have had brisket queso in Rockwall and it was awesome brisket was shredded but I was home in Terrell so I decided to get it from Terrell,big mistake full of grease and brisket in chunks with fat .when I say it was awful I mean it. We have decided to stop going to Taco Bueno because they do not seem to appreciate our business. We are members of two groups or classes -- Senior Citizens and my husband is a Military Veteran and a Senior. If we buy ANYTHING for an advertised special price along with regular priced food, we are refused a senior discount and/or a military discount. We feel that is discriminatory against the two classes of customers to which we belong because this is the only restaurant chain that does this. They have this policy against us while increasing their price on Wholotta Box price by 50% from $10 to $15 for Party Tacos (the small-sized ones) or Party Burritos, again the small sized ones plus 2 medium-sized containers of beans and 2 of rice plus lots of tortilla chips and some salsa. REALLY $15? The last time we went there was 2 weeks ago and again, my husband ordered regular-sized new Chimichurri tacos for $2.49 and I ordered Party Tacos and we were denied a discount for either of us. If they do not appreciate Seniors and Veterans, they don't need our money any more. read more

Waited alone in the drive thru for over 15minutes tonight. No other cars the entire time. They never told me they didn't have chicken for the tacos, just told me to pull up to the yellow line. 15 minutes later, I go into the restaurant, and that's when they tell me that they had to make chicken. 8 more minutes and I had my food...mediocre to say the least.
