Online the restaurant closes at 9, but the staff were very accommodating and stayed open past the posted hours. Service was quick and there was pianist playing live music (Friday night). If the server had been up front and told me there were no refills and that there was a charge for more salsa, at least I would have known and could have made my decision to pay or not for the extra salsa. The manager did begrudgingly remove the extra salsa charges. He did not have a happy nor customer friendly response to me though. It will take some time if I decide to return to Sabor due to this treatment. Bad management experience rather than saying his team should have done better and told us about the extra charges. As someone who has worked in food service, I understand that evenings can be busy -- but going the extra mile and replenishing popular items makes a big difference for customer experience and repeat business. Simply refusing without offering any alternative felt dismissive. On top of that, the restaurant itself appeared unsanitary. Tables were not cleaned, and the overall dining area did not look maintained. That only added to the frustration. I paid full price for a full experience and did not receive it. I would appreciate either a full refund or a meal voucher to make this right. Very disappointed.

Drink orders were missing or untimely, and the food took FOREVER. There were 2 people in our party who didn't receive their plates until we all finished eating ours. We decided to risk it and order dessert and unfortunately had the same issue. Again, I think there just needs to be more communication within the staff and more employees working.
