I'm sorry Taco Fiesta. I judged before I came in and denied myself fabulous food for too long! Decided to come on a whim after seeing an ad for their tacos on instagram I think. I was imagining Tex mex food, which is good but ultimately not my jam, but I am happy to say I was wrong! Located in a small plaza, very unassuming, but bright and lovely once you're inside. Open seating area with a display of some Mexican chips along one wall, a fridge of Mexican sodas and beers by the register and a pretty straightforward menu with some pictures on the left hand side. So far I've had tacos (carne asada, polo asado, and carnitas), mulitas de carne asada, and flautas de pollo. Trying some Gordita's today as well! Everything is fresh, well portioned and the star are their tortillas which do not fall apart, big bonus points for that! You can ask for salsas, which they give in big squeeze bottles. The choices are salsa verde, an avocado salsa verde and a salsa roja. My choice is always the salsa Verde. Their aguas frescas are also delicious. I recommend the horchata. I really haven't gone wrong with anything and will definitely be coming back again and again for my authentic-taco craving! read more

So I recently stopped by Taco Fiesta for the first time and I really enjoyed this place. This restaurant is located in a small strip mall in Kissimmee and doesn't look like much on the outside but has so much culture and charm on the inside. Upon entering, you are greeted with such bright colors and cute decor. There were quite a few tables available for indoor seating as well. Ordering takes place at the counter and then you pick up your order once it's ready. They offere a huge variety of mexican cuisine such as tamales, tacos, esquites... just to name a few... the tacos I must say were my absolute favorite!! I really enjoyed that they offered 2 different ways you can get your tacos, either with corn tortillas (w/onion and cilantro) or flour tortillas (w/ lettuce,tomato,and cheese). I will say that the esquites were very lime juice forward and were a bit too sour for my preference but definitely not bad! For service, the staff were extremely friendly. They do primarily speak Spanish but it definitely was not difficult to order even if you are a non Spanish speaker. Overall, I truly enjoyed this Mexican spot. Not sure if it was because I went on a Sunday afternoon, but my experience was not so great. Have to add that it was our first time and we didn't know the menu so when the young lady asked us for our order I said to give us a minute. Meanwhile she was on the phone taking orders which I didn't mind, but when we we're ready to order she made us wait to take more orders. The tables were not wiped down so I took a few paper towels and wiped it down myself. When our order was ready i had to get up 3 times to get our order. Instead of calling us when it was all ready. I do have to add a positive note: the food was delicious it all tasted fresh and authentic. I will definitely be returning to this place. This is a small almost hidden spot but it is a good one. Friendly staff, the food tastes authentic and pretty fast service. This was my first time here and a had the steak burrito and it was pretty stuffed. The steak inside was very tender and they weren't shy with the serving. They also have a few choices for sauces. I've been eyeing this place for months! After trying it now I'm mad I didn't go sooner. What a great hole in the wall/ mom & pops Mexican restaurant! I placed an order online for pick up and when I walked in I was greeted. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Now the food is authentically and fresh!!! Tried horchata and pineapple agua Fresca and both were perfect and on point with sweetness! For my meal I got the birria tacos and added a side of rice and beans and the tacos were stuffed with meat and the consome was so god that I drank what was left after eating my tacos. My husband tried a carne asada burrito and it was perfectly stuffed and had a good amount of meat compared to other places. Taco Fiesta. It is definitely a fiesta of flavors. Goods and seasonings The entire restaurant was remodeled after the past two owners failed to make a good impression selling fried chicken. The ambience is more captivating and a lot less crowded. The menu is simple. Easy to read and very reliable. We ordered tacos. Guacamole. Chips. And salsa. Tacos were outstanding, on flavor, texture and aesthetics. The corn tortilla really stole the show. Hand made and delicious. Favorite tacos include the Suadero (beef brisket slow cooked) and the barbacoa (slow cooked beef). They have three unique salsas Low heat. Fire avocado. And the "pique" that was so spicy and so tasty. Definitely worth a visit in the Kissimmee area. Don't sleep on the variety of drinks, including imported beers for 3.5$ and aguas frescas for 3.5-4.5$ Ice cream pops are homemade and superb. P.S.A.
