I'm glad this place came to replace the restaurant before it, the one before was horrible. Food: Their chicken is delicious. Not the shredded chicken so much as the one in their tostada/ taco salad. Today I had their pork chile verde, the waitress warned me it was very very spicy. Well she wasn't lying about the spicy part, I'm guessing to the average person it was super spicy. But this spicy was perfect, it wasn't a lingering spicy, it had a kick to every bite and I didn't suffer to burn mouth after. My friend and I ordered their "Jr" lunch meals, it was $4.99 and there was more than enough food. I once ordered their "big jess" burrito on accident instead of the "jess jr" I ate that burrito over the spread of 4 meals. They're regular portions are no joke. So I highly recommend getting the jr sizes. The waitress who helped us was also either the owner or one of the owners. She was nice and quick. Our order came out pretty fast as we were on our lunch break from work. Eddie, their other server that has served us several times stopped by to say hi to us. I'm so excited to have found a good shrimp taco place by my area! They were so delicious. It's hard to find a good tasting shrimp taco where the batter isn't burned or the cabbage isn't stiff. Well here they're served nice and tender and freshly made! And they're big! I also enjoyed their michilidas. I ordered mine with Modelo especial. It was perfect served with both lemon and lime! Yum! On top our food being great, service was awesome! Vanessa was friendly and attentive. Came in for a second visit and was greeted and had excellent customer service just like last time. We had the same lady as our server. It's great that she remembered us and also how she remembered what I ordered last time, which was two weeks ago. I ordered the Jess Jr last time, but I tried the wet burrito version this time with shredded beef and omg it was amazing! I probably should have taken a picture, but I was too hungry and it looked tasty. I was stuffed, but satisfied when I left the restaurant. The only reason I came here was because I had a voucher for a four $6 punch card, but I will most likely stop by after it is used up. The tortilla was lightly fried and comes filled with lots of meat of your choice (potato, chicken, ground beef and shredded beef) with plenty of fresh lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. My friends and I stopped in on our walk the other day to enjoy some outdoor seating dining here. Been going here for years but it was nice to know we could sit outside still with all this COVID-19 shutting down businesses. With as many times as I've gone here, the food is still delicious (I had the fried tacos (chicken and shredded beef...yummy), the atmosphere is great and the people there are fantastic. Jene is super nice and very personable by making us always feel welcomed along with the various guest that walked in to grab their takeout orders. We enjoyed sitting and watched her diligently sanitize all the tables outside after each guest left and was still attentive to our needs. The strawberry margarita that my friend got was absolutely delicious! All the dishes I've had are huge portions and very good. If you're into really spicy salsa, ask for it. Super duper good. I have visited this spot several times and I am yet to be disappointed; on the contrary, my experience seems to get better each time I visit! I'm a salsa connoisseur--there wasn't even a salsa better than Taco Hut's at the Salsa Festival. I dare to say Taco Hut has the best salsa that I have ever had. If you can stop inhaling the chips and salsa long enough to take a bite of your asada--oh wow. Wow!! Seasoned and grilled perfectly and just enough crisp on the edges. Today was my first visit here. I was craving Mexican food and didn't even know they were there. I was just driving by and stopped in. I ordered 2 tacos to go. While I sat to wait the waitress was really nice and brought me some chips and salsa while I waited. The chips were great, tasted fresh. The salsa was great too, I found myself scooping it on chip. And my wait wasn't as long as I had expected it to be. The tacos were good, not great but definitely something I would eat again. I'm glad I found this place and I'm glad it's close to my job. This is the best Mexican place in town. The food is incredible and the service is amazing. Sure- they can be a little overly friendly. One waiter comes to mind, but really he's ultimately a great waiter and backs off if you're not too talkative. So the food is by far the best in that Lowe's shopping center and probably rivals just about any Mexican place in the Inland Empire. Personally, their chicken tacos are the best. I've really never had any better. My fiance loves their shrimp salad- and if you like that sort of healthy thing they do have options. Me- I prefer the breakfast burrito to her "salads" but to each their own. Either way, this place is great and reasonable in price. For what it's worth- after writing this, we're going there tomorrow. read more

Taco Hut is in the vicinity of my work neighborhood and offers sit-down service that can also accommodate a larger group, so I've been here several times. The service can be slow during the lunch hustle, but the servers are always friendly and helpful. They do serve adult beverages, but I havent tried them. Food-wise, they have an expansive menu and I haven't tried anything that I didn't like. I especially like their hard shell tacos de papa, which you can order a la carte. The interior is larger than it looks from the outside, and they do have some fair-style desserts on the menu that I havent been able to try. Taco Hut is located in a small shopping center that is mostly fast-food lunch spots, but has a pretty good variety. If you're around for lunch, and you're craving Mexican food with a few extra minutes for sit-down service, try it out. read more
