My meat and veggies we cut horribly, the pepper and onions in the dish appeared to be the discards in the kitchen, it was all bottoms of the peppers and thick onions. The meat was large uncut chucks that were overcooked dog food and the tortillas were stale and hard. They didn't even give me a plate to assemble, I had to request it. They started as a food truck and expanded to this permanent location (the food truck is still at the Marathon in Lake Elmo, I believe).
