Staff was very friendly and attentive to getting us drinks, more tacos, and checking in on us~ my family speaks Spanish, and staff are fluent and native speakers of Spanish. Central fall caters to a mostly Hispanic population, so it's very welcoming. My partner speaks english, and with his limited Spanish, he ordered with no issue and the staff understood him well. My burrito was customized to my preference which had the cheese, rice, avocado, and no crema. Sounds very restrictive if that's just how my diet is, and I'm so glad they complied and gave me a delicious burrito! The meat was savory and tasty and the table had a container with three different sauces. The hottest was the dark red, and it was super good! I actually finished the whole meal and didn't feel too heavy. It was satisfying. The tacos were tasty, messy, but good. My partner ordered two more and he was too focused on his food to take a picture. For drinks, I got a seasonal drink called Atole Chanpurrado, which is made from corn flour, corn starch, and milk along with cinnamon. There are many versions, but this restaurant had the traditional one. It was super tasty and warm, very enjoyable on a cold rainy day. It was very homey!
