    Super Taco Nazo

Worth the drive. Amazing tacos. Don't question it just go. Huge menu, logical pricing, quick service, hands down one of the best food truck meals I've had. Only wish they had street corn.

Food: 4 Decor: 1 Service: 2 I came here for lunch after I found out Freshstreet was closed for the day :( 1. Mexicanos tacos - pollo, barbacoa, pastor http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wT2QBjzxFAwswUGgGG66Ug?select=t9eun6xp_7CsAJIUKL5b1Q All pretty good. Barbacoa was really flavorful and juicy. 2. Gordita - chorizo Okay. Didn't think the chorizo was that good. Overall, not bad. I can't give 5 stars though since I've had better tacos. When I say taco, you say taco, taco, taco (& a bottle of coke)

Sunny skies and Fall temps brought me out for lunch at the little yellow trailer in the big lot off the north side of 161 'tween Maple Canyon & Spring Run drives. Got there just before noon and placed my order for a pair of steak tacos and a pair of chicken tacos, Mexican style plus a glass bottle of Coke. As I waited for my order a steady rotation of cars rolled thru to pick-up orders but, I didn't have to wait too long. I hit the quartet of tacos with a nice green chili sauce and retreated back to my Elemental for some dashboard dining. The steak tacos were wonderfully spiced and really hit the spot. The chicken was not as good in my own tastes since they use a diced instead of shredded chicken for their tacos. While it still had great flavor it was definitely on the dry side. I really enjoyed how they dress their tacos here and the addition of limes, cucumber slices and a grilled jalapeno made it meal worth coming back for. As I sat enjoying the eats and wonderful views of the back of tennis club building with the "no more prisons" graffiti sprayed on it and fire station number 6 I was suddenly reminded that it was Wednesday and Noon in Columbus... 50 Feet away from the weekly storm siren test. Overall for a first try I was impressed, a clean little operation with fresh and tasty eats on the cheap. I will be back again soon to try some of their other offerings 'cus it sure beats all the other taco hells on every corner.

Ok so a couple of my friends told me about this place and swore by it. So I tried it after my one of my favorite spots were closed for the day due to cleaning. I should point out that I try to keep a open mind when trying new places out and that I'm not trying to hate or be negative here. But at the same time, it is what it is. I was very excited as I waited for the food, the aroma in the air smelled very good. The guy told me your food was done and I walked over to pick it up, then sat in my car and took a couple pictures for Yelp and dug in. I must admit it looked good but I felt the the steak was over cooked and the tacos were really bland. Also the meat had a lot of gristle. The gordita I had was greasy but however I did like the crunchiness of it and it too had a bland taste. I'm sorry but I won't be going here again for the same thing. Keep in mind also that I only had two items off the menu...

My first taco truck experience, was looking for something new to try during the lunch hour and the reviews on here pointed me in the right direction. Upon first impression I was a little bit weary of the location, it sits in the middle of a pawn shop parking lot but its really not a big deal. As with all Mexican places I have a hard time deciding because everything sounds delicious, I went with 3 asada (steak) gorditas, they were great...perfect amount of food. You can easily get full on about six dollars or less, make sure you bring cash as no credit cards are accepted. The only downfall is that there isn't really anywhere to sit except in your car. I recommend deciding upon a place to sit down and eat before ordering. As mentioned already you get the choice of ordering the american or mexican version which is nice and the side salsas are great.

Great tacos, but make sure you call ahead. If you don't, you will probably have to wait a while.

Decent tacos and great tamales. Somewhat of a wait for food, but overall a pretty decent experience.

The location leaves a bit to be desired but the food was great! Highly recommend the chorizo gordita. The verse salsa was tasty too!

So glad I found this little gem, chorizo tacos were the bomb. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Only bummer is that it is cash only.

The parking lot of Lev's Pawn Shop is a bit McSketchy, but that's kinda what makes it great.

I'm not really sure about the scathing reviews below other than a bunch of 'Southern' people trying…read moreto flex, but I had no qualms at all with this food truck. The guys running it were super friendly and chatty and were super proud of the food they're producing. Unfortunately, it's reviews on here that make people hate Yelps, so unless they were terrible a year ago, then I'm not sure what's going on here. The Nashville Hot chicken we ordered was massive, and it was some of the best I've tried in a long time, especially in Columbus. The chicken was super juicy while the breading retained a ridiculously delicious and spicy crunch. You definitely get a lot for what you pay for. The heat level was great, since I love it spicy, and it was absolutely caked in cayenne paste. I also ordered the Jambayala, which was solid as well. It definitely could use some more heat, and I don't think anyone else would mind if the spices in it were kicked up a notch. The chicken and sausage was tasty, and cooked just right, so I can't complain. Like I said, I'm not sure what the deal is here unless the bourbon chicken was just that bad, but I find it hard to believe. I'll check back though and try it. I really don't understand why people are basing southern cooking off a 4 ingredient dish that you can get at any fair or festival like its the epitome of Cajun cooking but whatever. You do you. I know I'll be back.

I'm writing this review with one hand because I refuse to put my sweet tea down. As you can tell…read morefrom the picture, I got a little of everything. So let's dive in... The crispy bourbon chicken over Carolina gold rice is honestly the southern/Asian fusion fried rice I didn't know I needed. I know it's not typically made with crispy chicken but it should be. It just should. There were bits of traditional bourbon chicken I think he rice along with scallions, and so different textures in every bite. And if you're not familiar with Carolina Gold rice, do your googles and learn. It's an heirloom grain that's making a comeback and for good reason. It's so much more flavorful than regular rice. The brisket Mac and cheese belongs together, I could have done without the cornflakes, but they do bring a nice crunch to the dish, and however the brisket mac is sauced...sheesh!!!! Like I said this brisket and this mac belong together. And then there's the fried green tomatoes. The tomato was tangy and fresh, the breading not too heavy to overpower and nicely seasoned. A well balanced profile. The aioli was dressed a little heavy on mine, but it definitely gives you that southern flavor, tangy, smooth, and little sweet. I'd follow them just for the tea and lemonade, so the great food was a bonus. When you remember this is coming out of a food truck, you'll appreciate just how good this is. I'm gonna take a few more bites and then hit my blog and show Sweet's more love.
