It seems like they skimp on ingredients and water down their salsa. My husband is from California so he knows good Mexican food, but he was disappointed also. He got the burrito Colorado and he said the sauce was very tomato-y. He also was not happy with the taste and lack of ingredients. Over priced and under delivered. Only thing that was great was our Mexican Coke. We wont be back, even if its the last restaurant in the world. I suggest if you're looking for good Mexican to pass.

I ordered the Tacos Asada (steak), and my kids ordered the Tacos Pollo, and Chicken Wrap. The Steak Tacos normally come with cilantro, but they were very accommodating, adding tomatoes and cheese per my request and sour cream on the side. My daughter asked for lettuce on hers. Such a great spot and more welcoming and authentic than the bugger chain restaurants. They gave us chips on the house. We saw they had mango on the counter which my kids really wanted, when I asked if we would be able to purchase the mangos they were kind enough to say we could purchase whatever we would like. I understand places get busy but management at FC has to be really clueless when it comes to "switching on" the availability on those platforms. Every time I call to ask if they deliver, I usually get a sarcastic response like yea duh of course we do but again staff is totally clueless that they haven't made themselves available on the platform. I wonder how much these guys are losing on deliveries or maybe this is a subtle hint that they don't want to deal with it because they're taking a loss on Postmates, Uber Eats, and Doordash. I can't be the only one experiencing this. To management: if you guys don't want to deal with these delivery services, cancel them and stop misleading people that you deliver. If you decide to keep them, talk to your account manager at said platforms and educate yourselves and your staff on how to use them so you can be more profitable in the delivery space. It's tough out there and it would be a shame if you guys lose business and the other Mexican spot in the neighborhood closes you out because they have staff that stays on top of operations.
