Great food and quick service! Hubby loved the birria tacos. Will definitely be going back.

I used to really love going here and was willing to do the 30 min drive, but the constant forgetting items and the taste is no longer the same. They're lacking the spices it used to have and the meat is thinned out like shredded hair thin. Not sure what happened there... our tortillas were not all the way cooked and the salsas are now served in even smaller to go "tiny containers" the onion and cilantro are no longer generously served. It's sad now! The customer services also lacking they change girls in the front a whole lot. The last one was rude and preferred to talk to her friends and had me waiting before taking my payment. read more

This is my second time returning. The first time I came I had a issue with the plate I ordered it was birria with rice and beans. The issue I had was that the rice wasn't fresh and the beans where bland. But overall like the tacos de birria and mulita. So this time I ordered 4 tacos and a burrito de birria. Needless to say they are good my only issue is that they are stingy with the lemons and the salsa. I mean what do they expect a little bad of salsa to be enough for two people. It was my first time visiting the taco truck, good customer service and delicious tacos. It was a little far from where i stay but the tacos were more than worth the drive!! definitely recommend this place for bomb tacos and they most definitely deserve a 5 star rating!! keep up the good work!! read more

Went here due to the amazing pictures on their social media. The food looks exactly like the pictures but the flavor is lacking. We got the asada tacos and the meat was flavorless. We tries the quesadilla and again flavorless. The cheese had a funny taste to it. Lastly tried the asada fries and again no flavor. We put salsa on everything to try and fix it but the salsa has the same issue. They were watery and has no flavor. We salvages the carne asada fries at home tho. I used my own salsa added salt and avocado. We did not try their birria so maybe thats a diff experience. I can only speak to the things I tried. The portions were big and the meat quality good. My queso birras where under cooked the lady who took our order was not paying attention to what i ordered. I asked for extra limes and she was rude about providing them and refused to give me any. The carne asada fries had more onions than any other ingredient, the fries tasted cheap and it seemed like the dish was missing ingredients. It was fries, cheese, carne asada and tons of onions. Absolutely the worst tacos I've ever had, that mainly has to do with shattered bone being a through out my tacos. Literally little shards of sharp bone were in all 4 of my tacos. Not to mention that the menu says 2.50 a taco but mine came out to be $24 somehow. Everything one expects from a food truck is ruined by the worst service. Instead of trying to make sure I come back or up-sell, the cashier just made me feel like I had to hurry up and leave. The food isn't even worth it at this point. My order came out wrong, my fries were undercooked and watching her handle the cash register in the same gloves she's in the kitchen with just crossed the line. read more

Went with my lady and wanted some tacos de asada and they said we only have chicken left. Ok, so we got that. 3 tacos and 2 burritos and they claimed they were all out of salsas, guac and the side Fixings. It was my first time trying so I wanted to see what their big buzz was about. I payed like 20 some dollars for 3 tacos and 2 skimpy ass burritos with nothing but somewhat beans and rice and chicken. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. They didn't even charge us less knowing they couldn't give us the food the way it's supposed to be. It was over priced and skimped. El sazón was not there for claiming they are a from cali. I'm from LA and MY GOD they have amazing tacos of all meats EVERYWHERE in LA. Never went back and won't. La Fiesta off central and Buckeye rd has WAY better taco sazón and prices. A fat ass burrito with everything is only 6.99. They are a hole in the wall but amazing food. taco taco is selling their image and name, not their food taste or quality. i was super excited 2 try this place but everything is very bland tasting. they only have 2 different types of meat to choose from 4 tacos & both meats jus taste like they've been cooked/marinated in unseasoned broth. don't even bother asking 4 the birria broth to dip your tacos in lol. definitely wanna ask 4 some salt because the chile/salsa doesn't add much flavor either :/ i'm not a picky eater @ all but this taco truck was hikey dissatisfying..still had a craving 4 tacos after eating 6 of them smh read more

We heard from a friend there were really good tacos. Seen on Instagram, and we're intrigued. We arrived 6:30, placed our order, while placing our order and getting our receipt. We hear the cook tell the cashier there's no more carne asada meat, she in returns asks have you put more to cook, his response no, it'll be awhile, while he scratches his head with his black glove, who also had a cut on his finger wrapped outside of the glove with a bandaid. Cashier than tells us it'll be a 20 minute wait they need to cook more meat. No problem. Food prep person used gloves to get money, than takes off gloves to use phone but than used other hand with glove to grab phone. Cook also was on phone with same gloves he was prepping food as well. Half hour passes by and nothing, 45 min passes by and still nothing, one hour and 10 minutes and finally we get our tacos. 10 simple tacos. We ordered broth that you dip/pour your taco, and was not in the bag so hubby goes back to ask for it and waited another couple of minutes. No apologies, no sincerity in their delay. It was not busy enough to be that behind, no long lines. 5 orders ahead of us and 2 behind us, to long of a wait, hopeful that we thought it would be worth it. But sadly it was not. Birria broth was very sweet, meat was dry. The carne asada we waited so long for was dry, burnt pieces, and no seasoning. Only thing with a good flavor was the red chile salsa, spicy, I smothered the taco in to give taste. Average taco, maybe another day we'll think about giving them a second chance, but for now, we'll pass. read more
