I had lunch here today. The filet mignon taco was out of this world. They have a great looking restaurant and menu to match.

Most, I could buy at the store for under $10, but they were charging that for 2-4 oz. The guy that cashed us out was not friendly. Glad I had a chance to go here, but I would not come back. Too many better places in Tinley.

Great Wine Bar with Surprising Space and Tasty Bites!…read more This wine bar is such a hidden gem! From the outside, it looks small, but once you're in, it opens up into a much larger space with a relaxed, upscale vibe. I loved the small outdoor area out front for a casual sip, and there's a spacious tented area in the back that's perfect for events or extra seating. The concept of trying different wines is a fun and unique experience. Our favorite menu item was hands-down the Buffalo cauliflower bites--crispy, flavorful, and addictive. I also really enjoyed the Alaskan Pollock wings, which were a pleasant surprise. Parking is very limited, so be careful. Do not park in the lots of neighboring restaurants--you will get towed. Best option: park along the train tracks. The only downside for me was the TouchTunes jukebox. I was excited to play some music, but many of the songs I enjoy (which are not inappropriate by any means) weren't available. That was a little disappointing and took away from the vibe just a bit. Also, our waitress wasn't rude or mean, but she wasn't particularly warm or welcoming either--it left the service feeling just okay. Still, it's a great spot overall--worth visiting for the food, wine, and atmosphere!

Her presentation for wine, menu and desserts were excellent! We ordered filets in wine sauce, whipped potato and my favorite, asparagus. Dinner was delicious. Jean brought me a rose, birthday sign, champagne for a toast and a dessert, no charge. She personalized my birthday dinner so graciously! I'm so very grateful! Many choices on the menu! We asked for the Manager. She too was lovely to speak with. I highly recommend Seasons 52!

The atmosphere is dimly lit (which I love), clean, lots of wood and leather everywhere. It's spacious but also cozy. On to the food.. my favorites have been the butterfish and the trout. This last time I got a pesto gnocchi with shrimp. The shrimp was really good right off the grill as were the gnocchi but it was kind of swimming in an oily sauce. I expected it to either be creamy or lightly coated pasta, instead of a pool of pesto and oil. The sauce didn't really stay on to the gnocchi because it was so thin. I used my extra pita bread to sop it up. The artichoke with hummus appetizer is also tasty. My friend got the lamb shank (chops?) and she also enjoyed her meal. The espresso martini was good but it had like a chunky shaved chocolate or something on the rim which was unnecessary and made it kind of hard to drink. We haven't tried any desserts yet but they look amazing. It was about $150 for 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer. I couldn't afford this regularly but it's a nice treat every now and then.

I am a fan favorite of the lobster roll because it is fresh and you get big chunks of lobster. My other favorite is the fried chicken it is seasoned perfectly and chicken is juicy but the crunchy crust is to die for. **The chicken is free range and this is where they knock it out of the park. Home run!!! The service is amazing and the atmosphere is quaint and perfect for date night! This place has won Southland's best place to eat several years in a row and I can understand why.

We wanted something other than just burgers again, so I proposed seafood. There didn't seem to be a lot of options in this area, but Dancing Marlin seemed to fit the bill and was pretty close. Before going, we looked at the menu, and there really wasn't anything my little one was going to want on the kids menu - there was no seafood for the kids, not even a basic fish and chips. He saw the lobster rolls appetizer though, and that sold him, so we got in the car and headed down. When we went to order, the waiter told us the only thing they were out of was the lobster rolls, but when we asked about the lobster gnocchi that my other son was about to order, they said they could do that, so I asked to speak with the manager. She explained that they only liked to use big whole pieces of lobster for the lobster rolls, and that is what they were out of, but had the smaller pieces they normally used in the gnocchi dish. I asked if she could do the lobster rolls with the smaller pieces, and she confirmed with the chef so we were back in business. The food was all excellent. I had the seared ahi and it was delicious, but was just a small portion for my liking. The scallops my wife had were delicious, but for $38 it was only 4 scallops. Maybe kids who live around here don't want fish when their parents do, but you should at least have a kids portion of fish and chips, or some fried shrimp on the menu for them. I'm not going to order a $27 fish and chips portion for a little kid, but he also didn't come to just eat chicken nuggets or buttered noodles.

My friend and I visited for Saturday lunch and it wasn't crowded. We were able to sit where we wanted which was nice. For drinks, I got a French Martini and she got a Dirty Martini. Both were delicious and served in beautiful glasses. We later shared an espresso martini. The server asked if we wanted cream in it; get the cream. We definitely second guessed ourselves with being asked; but thankfully, it was easy to add in after the fact. For food, we shared some bites. The Caesar Salad was the most underwhelming items but we thoroughly enjoyed everything else. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Truffle Fries were my favorites. The boneless wings were good but we got sauces on the side. My Garlic Parm sauce wasn't my favorite but my friend enjoyed her Spicy Garlic sauce. Overall, this is a great spot in Downtown Frankfort to get together with a big group, enjoy a date night, or catch up with friends. They really need to put a sign on the building by the stairwell or on the stairs because it's confusing looking for it. It seems like we're walking to the roof or someone's apartment and doesn't feel like a public business. We tried going before to check it out but it was st Patrick weekend and it looked like party or bar crawl and packed. We came back this past weekend and it was better but did look like one party was wrapping up on bar side but it was all adults with a couple kids of theirs laying on the couches. I would say this place is best for adults only honestly. As a mom I won't bring my daughter here and we can go bowling elsewhere but for myself I will 100% be back. I love that everything is themed and some original things inside but the water damage, rust, and mold is badddddd. Can't put lipstick on a pig and with people having health issues this is a big no no for people with mold illness or autoimmune diseases. The lanes are looking original and I don't think I've ever seen the ball returns like that so it was cool and vintage but dangerous lol. The balls come back SO fast and they were flying off the rack. Not really safe. The lanes were warped and uneven and didn't seem waxed so I sucked at bowling no matter what I tried. It was $45 an hour plus shoe rental was maybe $3 each? We got cocktails and apps. There could be more appetizers on the list but the dip was okay and my margaritas were great. We got two games and like 4 frames in an hour with two adults. We were really just trying to relax and have fun so the bowling and prices were expected and just whatever that day. I don't ever treat myself or drink much anymore and gladly was spending it on those. Not really a fan of how awkward the combined lanes are and the people who were there first had us basically walk into their date with all of their food on the table for us to sit over because it was so small and somehow supposed to share tables. They picked all their food and drinks up and moved them and stood to eat to give space between us. Literally all the lanes were open and they put us with them at the end together. Odd. The workers were all nice but there was a lot of workers and no one was really working? A bunch of them were talking in the chairs behind the lanes and the bartenders were talking to each other. Our waitress said her shift was ending/ wanting us to close our tab out as soon as our game ended and we said that's fine we can go up to the bar and keep chatting/ drinking. But she never left so we thought maybe they wanted our lane even though all the others except one were open but no one took our lane after.. The bartenders were talking to each other a lot and lacked eyes on the bar. The bar back seemed super young and out of it and didn't ask if we needed something or wanted to grab the bartenders even though he could hear us and we were staring at him and the bartenders. Whatever still enjoyed our time and the bartender came and brought me another drink. The 2nd drink she repeated it and then brought me a 3rd drink that was completely different but it was still good lol. The bathrooms are cute and clean. The dining side is probably better than the bowling side. The bar is cool. Overall liked it but seems like kids are running the place and could use some tweaks. 10/10
