I really can't say enough good things about the service I received from Marty. My tenants moved out unexpectedly last Tuesday and they weren't particularly kind to the carpet. As the other Yelpers posted, Marty was great!! I told him before he left that he would have a nickname--Marty the miracle worker. My carpets came out so clean and the carpet tape that was on in the front room for decades came off as well as the dark stain on the blue carpet. I asked if he would take pictures and he said yes. I hope he posts them here or on his site. The house smelled so good--like lemon-y. Marty and his assistant did a great job. Thank you Marty! This was my second time using Marty's services to clean our carpets and I was not disappointed with the results. Our carpets look new again, which is saying a lot since I use a wheelchair (adds a lot of extra wear to the carpet and grinds dirt in) and also have three large dogs. I always feel I got more than I paid for with Tacoma Cleanpro and appreciate his prompt service and the fact he is always punctual. Marty arrived ready to go and got the job done!! My carpet looks and smells clean. I had all 4 bedrooms, family room, living room, dining room, hallway and stairs done. Marty inspected each room and treated each stain. His equipment pulled up the dirt and strain from deep into the fibers. Many of the do it yourself carpet cleaners will clean the surface and not deep into the fibers. The process took about 3 hours. After the carpet was dried, I vacuumed the whole house to fluff the fibers in the carpet. I LOVE walking into my home and seeing fresh clean carpet. What a HUGE difference.
