He was able to get out a pet stain that had been in light colored carpet for at least 5 years. The carpet was dry in about 4 hours. My carpet looks new again. Marty and Anthony are the dream team. Marty called me back same day and was able to schedule for the following week. Then he was able to call me and get me in during the weekend three days before they were originally supposed to come. I had a flight of stairs, a couch, and love seat that needed to be clean. They showed up and got the done in right around the hour. They did for a forth of the price of what ChemDry quoted and once they were done it smelled much better. They were professional and quick. One of my pet peeves is punctuality. The guys bowed up 10 minutes prior for a 9:30 service. Outstanding first impression. They came in and explained the solutions they would use in the carpet and got to work. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing problematic stains. Marty was very responsive by email when I first contacted him to get an appointment to clean my carpets. Originally I only wanted him to clean one room, but then after a few days I emailed him back to see if he would have time to do a second room. Thankfully he said he did. When he arrived at my house at my appointment time I asked if he still had time to add a 3rd room as well as a large carpet and he was extremely flexible and easy to work with and made sure he took the time to do all the work I piled on him at the last minute. What a good sport! He spent time giving my dogs all kinds of love and affection, which they loved because no matter how much love and attention we give them, they always try to convince visitors they are starved for it. Marty fell for their ploy and made them feel special. As soon as Marty started cleaning the upstairs carpet the house was flooded with the smell of the cleaner he uses and it was delightful! It smells so clean and the carpets look amazing! The pile was fluffed up and they looked like the day we first had them installed. I like that the cleaning process uses very little water so the carpets are not soaking wet and stay that way for the rest of the day. When he was done the carpets were just slightly damp. We probably could have stood around b.s.ing with Marty all day since he was so friendly and easy to talk to but he had other jobs to get to so we reluctantly let him leave. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of some carpet cleaning and will use him again fo my future carpet cleaning needs. read more

I am so impressed. I called initially and had a call back within 10 minutes. Marty set up the appointment and provided a quote that was well under the competition's prices. When a cancellation occurred a day before my scheduled appointment, Marty texted me to offer an earlier appointment! When the guys came to the house they were polite, fast, and personable. They moved all the furniture themselves, vacuumed and assessed the areas to be cleaned then got right to it. When my dogs got out of the back yard, Marty even helped me chase him through my neighborhood. I avoid disposable single use waste as much as possible. Marty showed me the reusable carpet cleaning pads and cloths they use for stains, I was so impressed. The carpets were cleaned, the house smelled fresh but not chemically and everything dried faster than I've ever seen it. The carpets are soft and all the doggy accidents are completely gone. I had never used Tacoma Cleanpro. I was supposed to get new carpet in my three bedrooms, but the carpet company delivered the wrong carpet and didn't bring enough to do the job! Marty and his assistant just left our home. My carpets are amazingly clean, they educated us on products and carpets, were kind to my dog AND I GOT A HUG FROM HIS assistant before they left!! Backstory: My husband was in the hospital and I had all the furniture moved and another carpet cleaning service at my house so I could move my husband back home and settle in with clean carpets. We arrived home from the hospital just as the other "service" was leaving and my carpets did not look like they had been cleaned AT ALL. Tacoma CleanPro is awesome. I was able to get a hold of Marty and set up an appointment the same day. He promptly returned my call and worked around my schedule. He gave me a fair quote too. The guys showed up a few minutes early on cleaning day and we're so efficient and took under an hour. Plus my total came out a little less than originally quoted. My carpets look fantastic and they were a total disaster. You can't even tell they were stained so bad at all. I highly recommend and I will definitely repeat my business with them!! Update: just moved out of one house and into another. Marty did both houses. In our old house there was a pumpkin spice latte stain that I tried to get out myself, Marty for it knocked out and it looked great!
