Whenever my fiancé and I want quick tacos, we head here. It's a great cause that for every taco/meal bought, one is donated. I LOVE the crispy eggplant taco. It is DELICIOUS. I do not like the rice, though. I think it's soggy/mushy/overcooked. My fiancé really loves the chipotle steak taco, he is also not crazy about the corn. They're basically always busy here...and that's for good reason. These tacos are awesome! And don't let the crowds scare you away, they've always been quick and efficient when I've visited. You wait in line to order then find a seat and they'll bring the food out. I switched it up a bit and went with a bowl instead of tacos on this last visit. Their queso dip is AMAZING and they gave us plenty of chips for the dip. We should've gotten a small but do not overestimate the small cup for the queso. We were hungry and making our way to Salisbury when we came upon this taco spot. I will say this: it's a more americanized taco spot, so if you're looking for authenticity, this is not it. They do have a parking lot with a lot of parking options. There is a Lidl next door. This is more casual fast food dining. You walk in, they take your order at counter and they will bring out the food to you. We ordered the steak and chicken quesadilla, which are HUGE, a southwest steak and shrimp bowl, a Crab cake taco, and fajita taco with the corn, rice with queso as sides. We were all very impressed with how delicious it all was and how big the portions were. The quesadilla could easily be split between two people. Everything tasted freshly made, and the chips were not hard at all and super flavorful. We are glad we found this spot, and whenever we are in the area, we are definitely stopping by. Two of my friends kept telling me how much they loved Tacos 4 Life, so when I was in Concord earlier in the week, I had to give them a try. Both friends said the puffy tacos are great, so I tried the carnitas puffy taco. This taco was legit! I wish I had taken a picture before digging in. The taco was FILLED with shredded carnitas pork, and topped with queso and cabbage. The taco shells aren't fried as much as Cabo Fish Taco's, but they were just as good. My family & I have been coming to Tacos 4 Life for years. My favorite menu item is the Nachos, but closely followed by the Queso Rice, Southwest Rice Bowl & Chips and Queso. The wide variety of menu options makes this place a staple in my family, and even though it is almost always busy every time I visit, the food still comes out exceptionally fast. I also love this company because a few years ago I volunteered at an event hosted by them where we packed meal kits for children in need across the world. This place is alway busy and lively when I go or pass by. I'm not even surprised because the food is so good. Just walking in and seeing other people's plates will make you drool. They have so many different tacos, from crabcakes to Korean barbecue steak to fried chicken. That's not even a third of it! It's hard to choose. Even being so busy the food didn't take long to come out at all and the staff there was really friendly. The food is also reasonably priced and the place is clean. The food is served hot and its high quality and freshly prepared. The associates are friendly, courteous and patient. Drumroll please... and the food is great! The menu is huge but I like how it is sectioned off into beef, chicken, pork and vegetables option. This is not cheap and it's not particularly fast. I waited about 20 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and salad. I paid ten dollars for a meal. I was disappointed that they didn't offer rice and beans as one side option, but the food was still yummy. I LOVE Tacos 4 Life!! I've been there a few times now and their grilled chicken taco is DELICIOUS!! I have it with the cilantro pesto rice. The flavors work so well together in the taco, and the rice enhances the experience. My husband had the carnitas with his taco and he said he really liked it. Our food has been consistently good and whenever we go the place is usually busy. Even when it's crowded we haven't had to wait long to get a table, and within a few minutes our food arrives.
