Tacos Chukis is a great option if you want flavorful affordable tacos and mini Mexican food items. I loved that you can try many things without the compromising of one plate. The service is fast, and they bring your order to the table, there are screens to order, which makes it easy to see all the options. The place was clean and calm. I loved that at this location of Tacos Chukis location, there is a restroom.

Perfect place for a quick and affordable meal. The tortas are my favorite item on the menu. Under $10, great portion size, and the meat seasonings are excellent. Haven't tried vegetarian options yet. Their tacos and mini burritos are also deliciousLove their guacamole salsa and their spicy salsa as well. You can order at the kiosk or with an employee. If it's your first time, the kiosk is nice because it has photos of all the options. Fast-casual environment where you bus your own tables and fill your own soda.

As someone who loves tacos and a California native, these tacos and mullitas are delicious. The carne asada and adobada is so flavorful and tender. I love that they offer nopales as a vegetarian option, never been to a place that offers this too. Plus the pricing is very adorable in comparison to other places I have gone. Service was quick and the ambiance had Mexican music to go along with the tacos.

The food is great, but the music is so freaking loud I can't hear my wife talking who is standing right next to me. It as so freaking loud! It's not the first time I've experienced this at Taco Chili's. Not recommended for dining in. Order their delicious food for pick up/take out only unless you want to go deaf from the overwhelmingly loud music. Geez, turn it down! I also dislike the ordering kiosk that takes away a human's job, but considering how loud the music is, no wonder they rely on a computer to take orders.

The tacos were great! The pineapples were warm and grilled adding more flavor to your tacos. The salsas had just enough kick, but not too much where you need water. The chicken had so much flavor and the steak meat was good quality. The food was served pretty quick too. We visit here every time we come to Seattle. A+++ Ps. The bathroom was very clean 7/1/24

Let's taco'bout Tacos Chukis... I found myself coming here with two colleagues when I was in the Seattle area recently taking a Thai Massage workshop. We had a one hour break for lunch and this was one of the few restaurants close by. I LOVE tacos but these were not even close to the best tacos I've had. They were okay though and I was hungry so I ate them. The taco meat was so-so, not as fresh as other Mexican restaurants, and I ordered a side of beans and the beans I received certainly weren't what I expected.. they were beans but they did not look or taste appealing whatsoever. They were pretty dried out and lacked in the flavor department. I'd say Taco Chuckis gets points for effort and guac included free on the tacos which is always a plus in my book- oh and they have the Jamaica (hibiscus)drink which is something I enjoy. Overall, If I were to come into this area again I'd skip Tacos Chukis and either get something to eat at the grocery store across the street from here or check out the nearby Chinese place instead.

Insanely good food. Everything else is a cherry on top! The Excellent staff. Great for groups. Awesome prices. Clean. There's even a 15 and 30 min parking just outside and a few other parking spots. I still remember when the original location opened in Capitol Hill! It was always insanely busy! This is a local favorite. So happy have have so many locations now! Today I ordered a baby burrito, their house tacos, kearny Asada taco, adobado taco and 2 horchatas! Highly recommend this place!

If you've never been to Tacos Chukis on Beacon Hill -- it's the best of the best. For $2.75-$3.20 you can get a Carnitas a.k.a. pork taco with a chunk of pineapple ($ .50 for the cheese) onions, cilantro, salsa. I asked for extra cilantro. Holy cow. There's so much happiness in six and a half dollars worth of food...you have no idea. Every bite is perfection. I could eat this every day. And if it's after work, you add a can of cold Tecate for $5. Service is always great -- friendly and Swift. The place is always clean. You bus your own trays.

These are my favorite tacos Seattle has to offer! The food is flavorful and fresh. The house taco is what dreams are made of, protein forward with fresh pineapple, I could just cry thinking about it. It's a must order if it's your first time. The menu is simple. There's a taco for everyone. Ordering is easy, and I love all the Mexican soda options available! The service is quick, and this location specifically is new, modern and clean.

Taco Chukis was an appropriate and convenient stop at after having a few at the local drinking spot. The menu here is pretty simple but the young lady at the register was very nice and gladly helped me with some suggestions. I went with pair of Carne Asada tacos and a pair of "Taco Chukis", house tacos. They were small but full, with great presentation, particularly with the nice helping of guac on top of the Carnes and a nice slice of pineapple on the house tacos. It all came to a little over $13 so not bad at all for a single order. Taco Chukis has a very new 'look' inside. With seating of various types, including outdoor, it looks very inviting as it sits in intersection in Central District. So overall. Pretty good tacos, at a cool looking spot, after drinks. Would come back for sure.

Go-to spot for a snack The Chuki tacos are a must - good char flavor and the sauce and pineapple combo make this an obvious #1 order on their menu The mini burritos and mulitas are both heavy underrated - can't go wrong with any pick of meat although I personally go with carne or pollo The parking can get pretty hairy since it's on 23rd but you can usually find something close by Cheers, Tacos Chukis

    Connie A.

This location is probably one of the most spacious with plenty of seating but I noticed most customers ordered to-go instead of dining in. Spotless and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I typically order the house special tacos (pork and asada are both delicious) because that slice of grilled pineapple makes a tremendous difference. 4 tacos come out to be just over $12. Taste is always consistent and I remain a tacos chukis fan!

Love the house tacos with a chunk of pineapple. Reminds me of the spots in LA!

However, it still tasted like it had a really nice flavor, and had a soft interior. It being actually spicy would've moved this dish up a lot, though each taco was primarily made out of this chicken - and there was so much of it it was practically insane - but I loved this amount shoutout to the onions as well - they were great I asked for the habanero sauce - which i thought was ok - wasn't spicy at all and didn't add much flavor. will go with another sauce next time tried mixing in some taco bell fire sauce which was interesting i love that these came wrapped in aluminium foil to preserve heat. a great touch overall, as far as taste, these were pretty good, but when you consider the amount of meat you're getting, along with overall portion size - it's simply a fantastic meal.

After lots of great suggestions, we decided to detour and head to Taco City. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff -- always a great start. We kicked things off with the Dip Trio: chips, salsa, guacamole, and queso. It was fantastic. The guac and chips were on par with my longtime favorite spot, the queso was rich and delicious, and the salsa had a unique flavor that really stood out. It easily could have fed four or more people. I ordered the birria tacos. They were generously filled with flavorful beef and served with equally delicious consommé. I knew going in that I had to try their carnitas, but it was the other dishes that impressed me the most. The quesabirria was top notch. The cheese is plentiful and delicious, it's a blanket that I've to take a nap in. I was a bit thrown off by the chunks of birria, most places shred it up. But I would say that it was much more juicy than the shredded version, I was blown away. This comes with some awesome roasted jalapeños and onions. The carnitas taco was excellent. For a street taco, they load it up with meat. It's a very traditional taco, so just carnitas, onions, and cilantro on a tortilla. But if you have the opportunity to eat here you should, they have an extensive taco bar with everything you need. The star of the show for me was the tostada de camarón. You just don't get them like this elsewhere in Seattle. Shrimp, mango, jalapeño, and avocado are all diced up to provide even distribution on a crunchy tostada. It's an exquisite bite every time. And there's a sweet sauce on it that makes the whole dish blend together so well. Carnitas Michoacán is a MUST visit if you're in the area. There's also a little market and carnicería next door that has some incredible food if you're making Mexican dishes at home, or if you just want some massive chicharrones.
