He also did our canopy and table/chair rentals so coordinating was easy. The food was delicious, the quality of meat and cook was really good. The salsas had very good flavor, not watered down. Rice can be tricky, either clumpy, or bland, their rice was really good in taste & texture. And the set up was really nice. My daughter came and told me it smelled really good and that it looked "REALY nice, not like any regular taquero". At the end of the service they packed up all the leftovers very helpful. 4.5 stars First time trying this taco truck. Fresh and hot tacos! I already ate lunch but saw this truck and wanted to sample their tacos so we ordered 2 carne asada tacos (for each of us) to try. Comes with yummy salsa, lime/radish/cucumber, and a crispy tortilla on the side. The tacos were good size.... street tacos. Hit snd fresh. Good amount of meat, onions, and cilantro. The reason for 4.5 stars is because there were some fatty pieces of meat and it was a little greasy/oily. Some people like fat on their meat and that's fine, but not me. The salsas were all delicious! The salsa verde was a little spicy and I wasn't expecting that. It was great! I love spicy! The guacamole (avocado/lime) was good too! Salsa roja was great too! Loved how they packaged the to go order with all that you need. Nice truck and nice people! Would I go back? Yes! As a great cook myself who constantly cooks what was served, I can say they have been by far the best tacos I've ever had! Delicious!!!! The carne asada, chicken and pastor were on point! Tacos were just as they say on their name- Delicioso! Loved all the sauces/salsas that came with it, you can tell it's good quality and not watered down like most taco stands.
