Late night scene Taco trailer on the side of the road. Only one there and the lady hardly acknowledges me. Had she waited another minute or two... I would have been outta there. A tummy that wants yummy tacos Instead got dried up tacos with no flavor.

    Vampiro chiquito

Tacos are ok, las tripas están muy doradas y el vampiro esta tan chiquito....que triste

Charming side set up of condiments and salsas

This review is for their catering services for 75 people. I spoke to Sheila and got all the details and pricing down. Four meats, rice, beans, garnishes, chips, salsas, plates, forks, napkins. Very reasonable price. This was done about 3-4 weeks before the event. I texted Sheila two weeks before confirming the details above. I also texted 2 days before the event confirming details again. She assured me all was taken care of and that they would be there one hour prior for set up. They arrived 1 hour early as promised. Gentleman, (Hector) was very professional. He introduced himself, kept checking in with my husband and I during the service, asking us if everything was ok. He kept everything stocked and the set up was charming. Now the best part THE TACOS....wow what delicious flavor. It was a smokey ..wood fire flavor. Everyone kept saying these were the best tacos they have had. I have to agree and the salsas were also delicious. They brought there own distilled water for cooking and steaming. Hector was great at keeping everything clean and up to code. At one point my little six pound Maltese went sniffing around where he had set up and stored things. He immediately told my pooch ...no no..off limits....lovingly but firmly... I appreciated that he was being very careful with the food. Indiana Hurley

Delish tacos that won't hurt your wallet! Great variety of meat for tacos , tortas and burritos . Also have a salsa station w all the fixing to enhance the dining . Paired w a Mexican Coca-cola its a definite win !

Delectable. Asada and Lengua tacos are delicious. The sauces make the taco. Get lots and lots of their pickled onions and grilled onions to top it off. Verdict: Delicious

This place is legit. Follow the crowds and you can't go wrong. Hand made tortillas make these tacos a step above others. I ordered: 2 lengua tacos - lengua was moist, melt in your mouth as it should be. 1 pastor taco - buttery 1 birria taco - you could tell the meat was slow cooked. Very tender. 1 asada vampiro - this is the reason why I rated 4 instead of 5 stars. The meat was overcooked. They hook it up with condiments. Be sure to ask for grilled onions and jalapeños since they leave that particular condiment jar outside.

Ordered the quesadilla with tripa it's $7.00 on the window but the cashier insisted I pay $8.50 definitely false advertising.
    Jessie M.

Be careful if you don't pay attention they try to charge you more then the advertised price on the window.

I fucking love this taco truck . The burritos, tacos, Mulitas, and chorreadas.. everything is deoicious . The main thing I die for is the guacamole sauce.. BUT ONE THING I HATE IS 50% of the time that I go , they tell me THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MORE -__- overall good food though

    Delicious

There are lots of food booths (mostly Mexican food) and several other booths selling a variety of items. Taquiza Sinaloense immediately caught my husband's eye, and he ordered a soft taco with chorizo and potato. It was delicious! I wanted to walk around the entire place before ordering more food from Taquiza Sinaloense. There was a really nice lady there who told us that their food is the best, and she said she knew we'd be back. She was right! Although other booths had appetizing food, it just didn't compare. Their presentation was beautiful! We each ordered a plate, which included rice, beans, and our choice of two items. The guy who helped us was so nice and let me sample a few items before I made my decision. My husband ordered chile verde and beef. I ordered chipotle chicken and this amazing mixture of chiles, corn, and cheese. OMG! It was incredibly delicious! Each plate was $14, which is a great price since we both had leftovers. We will definitely go back. I will try to order food from different vendors next time. If you decide to check this place out, make sure to try Taquiza Sinaloense! You won't be sorry!

I went Saturday because they had the Dreamstate event going on and it was fire! The music was good and the crowd was hyped. I honestly think it's really cool that they're doing something like this at the night market and they should definitely keep bringing more EDM events here lol. It seemed pretty crowded compared to the last time I came, but they also had a ton of new vendors. Everything felt more spread out, so even with all the people, the lines weren't super crazy. I ended up coming back again on Sunday for the last day. It was crowded too, but nothing unbearable. We waited in line for some squid and a few other things, and I think the longest we waited was around 20 minutes, which honestly isn't too bad for the 626 Night Market. Overall, I really enjoyed coming back this year. Lots of food to try, plenty of new vendors, and adding events like Dreamstate made it even more fun. I definitely plan on coming back the next time they're around!

It is peak summer where you are able to be out in a comfortable summer night and browse what feels like any and all food there is. I thought this year was especially great with the DJ and the location. Previous years they always had the DJ tucked away all the way in the back but having them front and center of the event was a great call. Always have that awesome music in the background added a lot to my experience. Some of the standout thing we got was Japadog which is a wagyu hotdog that will make you rethink what a hotdog can be. We got a truffle katsu sandwich there too which is as fabulous as it sounds. Also had salt bread which was especially exciting considering I have been craving them ever since visiting Korea. Lastly, I got a fried Reece's cup which I have been in the hunt for some time since they seem pretty rare, so of course that hit the spot. Overall, this was an awesome 626 night market better than previous years. This is something I'll continue to look forward to every year!

I usually order a burger, but since I had a heavy lunch, I thought I'd get some tacos this time. Tacos are not it. For $5 a taco, you are pretty much getting ripped off. On their menu, it clearly states guacamole is included. The taco is literally tortilla, asada, bell peppers and onions. I can make better tacos at home. I was expecting real, authentic style Mexican tacos. But no, I just wasted $25 for 5 skimpy tacos. I know we live in a messed up economy. The first time my bf and I came here the place said it was open but the building was closed and when we went to the back it was so creepy and dark. This time we tried going again because I kept seeing pics of the birria and the building was closed yet again. We tried to find this food truck and we're so confused but it's on the street around the corner of the wall. There's no signs or anything. I tried calling them as well and they didn't answer. We got an order of asada fries, a birria taco dorados, a chorizo, pollo and Al pastor taco. To summarize everything: the meat had no flavor. Birria had no spice, chorizo tasted like old oil, Al pastor lacked seasoning and chicken STAY AWAY. The chicken was a nightmare. Fries were soft, not crispy. Green salsa was watered down, red salsa tasted of just Chile de arbol and nothing else, guac tasted like pre made powder. The lady who took our order was nice and as a whole everything wasn't insanely bad but the fact that we even had to ask for specific salsas and any other sides/condiments was pretty annoying. There's no way for you to know what they have because they don't have it out or just give it to you. We never got lime or extra onions because we didn't know we had to ask. All they ask is what salsa we want, nothing else. Theres a lot of things this business could do better but right now the food just seems Instagram influenced and not about the actual quality.
