This is a food truck that makes it's way all over Tulsa. The guy who works it maybe a vet or active…read moreservice looking at it's name and the menu items names. It seems likely he's originally from Tennessee as the number on his trailer has a Tennessee area code. Lately I have been seeing him out at Creekside at 51st and 145th across from the leasing office. But I don't care about ANY of that except for when I NEED the deep fried ribs that this man puts out! Went mostly for the wings and the wings are freakin good, def worth the trip out south for. Lots of flavors, wet or with dry rub. I got 3 flavors worth on a 30 piece order and all of the flavors popped. Only had to pitch one wing that was more feathers than meat. While I was ordering I noticed the ribs. I'd never had a deep fried rib and quite frankly didn"t see how it wasn't going to come out dry and over done. Man was I wrong. Added the rib plate for 10.99 to my chicken order more as an experiment than anything else. Those ribs were so tender and juicy and well seasoned I about wrecked my truck while eating one. Never had those type of ribs before but now I'm not sure how I can go back to eating them the old way. Long story short, wings are excellent but don't sleep on the phenomenal deep fried ribs from this guy. Follow him on Facebook for times and places. Yelp mobile app always has hours as "closed" because apparently it's not capable of understanding the word "varies" like "hours varies". Make the trip, find out for yourself and enjoy those crack ribs the man sells!

This is a food truck in the parking lot of a dispensary at 7th and Sheridan. It's painted up…read morenicely, and they've tried to make it look more "brick and mortar" than a mere truck, but it kind of comes off more like a single-wide trailer. There is some debris around the back side of the truck that could stand to be cleaned up (think pallets stacked around), but I'd say it's from how ingredients are likely delivered. Nothing too concerning, just visible stuff. You can get 12 inch or 8 inch pies. I got a 12 inch pizza and it's way too much for one person. It takes around 20 minutes to get your order if there's no line, longer if there are people ahead of you. I got the "Meat Me In The Parking Lot" pie (Two 2's fresh sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon). The crust was floppy, not crispy, likely due to the oily nature and amount of the ingredients. As you can see in the picture, it's piled heavily with toppings, especially the sausage. The flavors are outstanding! I tasted not only the different meats and cheese, but there are subtle hints of garlic and other seasonings too, though I can't say with certainty exactly what I was smelling and tasting on that detail. I'll have to have another slice later and see if I can pinpoint it.

Delicious pizza. The people are very nice. Great location. I will definitely trying different…read morepizzas and the Mac and cheese. Their sauces are homemade too so I had to try the ranch and two 2's fresh sauce. Very good!

I gotta small Soul Bowl with rice, lemon garlic chicken, candied yams & green beans. The moment I…read moretook the first bite, it brought me back to my adolescence when I had chicken & rice and the rice would be so perfect. As I got older (& started learning how to cook), I found out the main trick was chicken stock. I didn't want the bowl to end. Plenty of rice, plenty of chicken, plenty of green beans, plenty of candied yams. There's no need to add extra, not even hot sauce, just leave it as is. As a small, it still had more than a lot of food. With a large, I'm confident it could be shared or you'll be guaranteed to have leftovers. Outside of the chicken, you can get beef tips or shrimp. Instead of rice, you can get mashed potatoes. There are two other sides outside of the ones I chose: mac & cheese and cabbage. The small bowl came at $9.99, I got a separate side of mac & cheese and my whole order came out under $20. The person who took my order was super nice. With about 5 people in front of me, the food came out not even 10 mins later. I'd like to try their beef tips & mashed potatoes next time.

The customer service was really friendly and welcoming, making the experience quite enjoyable. I…read moretried the beef tips over rice with sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese, along with a lemon cake and lemonade tea. While I appreciated that they used premixed tea, I wish they had gone for fresh tea in the South--it just felt more authentic that way. The beef tips were tasty, though I have to say, they didn't quite match the deliciousness of Wanda.J's. They did use a higher quality rice in basmati rice, which was nice. The yams were not overly sweet and quite good. The macaroni and cheese was a bit lacking something, but it was still decent. As for the lemon cake, I enjoyed the large piece and the fresh lemon juice poured on top. I think a thicker lemon glaze could really elevate the cake and make it even more delightful.
