The burritos were a bit soggy and could've been more generously filled. The tacos were the stars -- palm-sized but packed with flavor. The tripa taco was perfectly fatty and crispy, while the lengua was soft and flavorful. I'd come back for the tacos over the burritos. Drinks are self-serve from a cooler in front of the truck. There are two self-serve salsas -- a fresh green one and a spicier red; I preferred the red for its kick. Price-wise, it's on the higher end for a taco truck, which might be a drawback for some.
