The food (especially the less common meats) and service was solid. The food truck has a semi-permanent location in the parking lot of the Magnolia Tire Shop, on the NE corner of Anaheim and Magnolia. We drove here this time, and there are parking spots here. There is a large canopy with folding tables and stools, enough seating for 20 people or so. They have a large variety of meats, paired with different types of Mexican favorites, so got mostly street size tacos, along with one mulita. There is a small self-serve salsa bar, with 3 different types of salsas (in pump containers to keep the mess down), 4 types of condiments (sliced cucumbers, limes, a very, very hot pickled onion mix, and a diced onion/cilantro mix. It was a Friday, so none of the specials applied making the meal not particularly of good value for a taco truck. Tacos are $2.50 each, each small corn tortilla piled high with the meats. My daughter tried the Pastor (the trombo is located inside the truck) which she said she enjoyed, especially with the pineapple. Mom liked the Taco Pollo that she got. My wife tried the mulita ($7) with the birria and cheese, and she liked it with the green salsa. My neighbor and I tried a sampling of the 2 offal meats here (buche and tripas...which is $0.50 more per taco), all on a taco, along with the cabeza. All were very good, especially the cabeza and tripas....wish other restaurants would use this quality of tripas in their menudo. Payment is expected at time of order and is cash only. I forgot to get drinks so my daughter got a pepsi and bottled water, and also got an order of grilled cambray onions and jalapenos...wish they had been grilled a bit longer. The gentleman manning the cash register was friendly, and called out our number in under 10 minutes. There was a steady stream of customers, never enough to overwhelm or create a large line. With the canopy keeping the sun off of us, it was fine eating outside....though I later realized in my pictures that all my food photos had a pronounced red tint to it.

I've had their tacos, nachos, burrito, bowls, and tacos dorados of papa (potato). I have no complaints about any of these. My favorite meat go to are their Carnitas and chicken. When I ordered the burrito bowl, I usually ask for a half steak half chicken. The taco dorados are a hit with my family as an appetizer or l I'll order a couple orders for family gatherings. Very tasty! They also have a veggie and salsa bar outside of the truck, which is very helpful to take radishes, limes, cilantro, and onion. They sometimes have pickled onions as well. There's salsa especially the orange one is so fire. I usually go inside the bodega to get a full-size one for my house. The green salsa which is made with avocado is really good too. The cashier is on point with your order and the cooks do the best I can with turning around food. Depending on the time, you can wait about 15 -20 minutes sometimes. They also have a few table tables that are covered with a tarp for shade where you can sit and eat as well.
