    Asada queso tacos

Staff is nice. The spot was clean and had a good amount of space. The asada queso tacos are great! Everything here is made fresh and delicious. This is my favorite location.

If you haven't been to Angels Tacos in Long Beach yet, you're seriously missing out. Their al pastor tacos are next level, super moist, packed with flavor, and the little slice of pineapple on top adds the perfect touch of sweetness that just takes it over the top. What really makes them stand out though? The handmade tortillas. You can taste the difference, soft, fresh, and they hold everything together perfectly. I will say, the guacamole wasn't my favorite. It's a little different here compared to other Angels Tacos locations for some reason, just didn't hit the same. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommend trying the corn quesadilla, the loaded baked potato (easily enough for 2-3 people), and the vampiro. This place is a must.

so delicious! I would definitely go back to angel's tacos again I will say, it is a bit on the pricier side as the loaded papa was $16, however, it was HUGE. I think I made around 6-8 tacos with it plus a bunch papa & meat left over as well. Tacos are $3.25 each too but they really pack on the meat so I feel it's worth it every once in a while. There can be a bit of a wait, so just be prepared for that. They also only take cash and I think zelle.

Al pastor and carne asada nacho

Came on a Friday evening around 730pm, parked in the supermarket next to it and walked over. Carne asada taco- 4/5 super tender carne asada, really good, fresh handmade tortillas but i felt the sauce was too much, tortillas gets a little soggy and breaks apart, but still good Nacho with half al pastor and half carne asada - 5/5 HUGE!!!! Omg the amount of guacamole, lots of delicious meats, I love how theres both shredded and nacho cheese. The nacho was a lot for 2 people. I would come back for the nacho, must order for nacho lovers.

4/5 only because of the tortilla! I know they'd have to prepare these beforehand.. and it felt like that. Other than that, the meat was great! Great texture and nicely seasoned. Will try their other spots (the ones that aren't a truck)

Found out about angels through a friend. The pictures looked amazing and loved that they add guacamole to all of their tacos. Friendly service and very quick. Loved all the variety of sauces and sides. We loved everything we got, but the meats were just a little too salty. Other than that they pack it with meat and it's a decent value.

Cash or Zelle only!!! This place is amazing! Their tacos are normally $2.75 but they tend to have deals where it will be $2 per tacos. You can follow their instagram for updates on prices, locations, and hours. For this location, the hours are 4pm - midnight but you may need to give them extra time to set up and prep, so I would suggest being there at 430pm but even then, lines are beginning to form already. Topping are placed on top of the food you oder by the cook but you can also ask for it on the side and they will also prep it for you. I def enjoy this bc it is more efficient and cleaner than everyone hovering around the toppings and doing it themselves. The tortillas are made fresh and the portion sizes are huge! I get their asada and pastor and they really pack on the meats. The quesoburrito ($12.50) is my favorite and I will def go back for it again!

Wow! I love when they make fresh tortillas in front of you well you order! We got the pollo and pastor tacos. Easy to line up to give them your order. They're quick and they don't skimp on the meat. Will come back!

Came here on a late Saturday night and surprisingly it wasn't too crowded. Long Beach has had a major influx of TJ style taco stands, and from what I've heard Angel's is a pretty legit chain of taco setups throughout the LA county area. They have a convenient location as it's right in front of a huge plaza where most of the stuff is closed by night time, so you should have no problem finding parking. The staff were super nice and friendly. Prices are pretty good considering how much meat you get on the tacos--they don't skimp out! One of the things that makes this place stand out is they have fresh Al Pastor tacos (complete with the pineapple!) and they load it up with salsas and sauces ala TJ style tacos. I also had one of their keto tacos which was super yummy and cheesy, just keep in mind you'll need a lot of napkins! They have a wide variety of meats and they were all delicious so you can't really go wrong. My only caveat is just to make sure you're comfortable being on the Westside of Long Beach (although, it's not that deep in!). Definitely will have to come back here for tacos on another late night.

Swung by a friend's place and happened to cruise past this unassuming little taco stand--just a humble setup, but the grill was roaring like it had something to prove. The scent alone could've sparked a hunger strike. I couldn't show up empty-handed (I was raised better than that), so I grabbed a few tacos that turned out to be nothing short of heroic. I went with the al pastor and beef--each tucked into a fresh warm corn tortilla and flanked by all the proper sidekicks: lemon wedges, crisp radishes, pickled onions. The kind of delicious that makes you wonder why you ever bothered cooking at home. Everyone was so nice too. Would eat here again!

1st time here ! No line so pretty fast we got 1 asada taco And 1 queso al pastor burrito The taco was good the tortilla looks like is freshly made The meat was super soft not that tough carne The burrito wow ! I shared it with my boyfriend and oh lord it's HUGE they put so much meat I couldn't even finish half of it !! The salsas are super delicious! The guac salsa is always my favorite The red salsa wasn't too spicy but I love spicy so maybe that why it was too spicy for me Overall everything was super good Next time I want to try the loaded potatoe looks so good .

First of all one of their workers with the mastche and tattoos is so cute which is always a plus for the ambiance. It didn't take long to get our food. About 5 minutes and they brought it out to where we sat since we dined in. First of all! You need to get an aguas fresca. We got the medium for the orange mango and the Jamaica. They are so natural. I'm a huge fan of artificial flavor so this was a huge shock, but it pairs so well with their food. My only regret isn't getting the large. For the food we got the burrito 2.0 asada and the chivichanga chicken. The burrito was great but very heavy on the beans. Make sure you get extra green salsa. It's their best and a perfect balance of salty with a hint of sweet. The red salsa gets spicy. If you can't handle hot Cheetos don't eat it. Now the chivichanga thing was perfect. It's so tiny but the fact it's about $5 was perfect. I have never had something so well priced and portioned before. The way I can describe it if you ever wanted to taste high class Taco Bell that will make you want four more then you need to try it. And I mean this in the best way possible. It's so cheesy and savory and yummy!!! Truly just from these two dishes we will be coming back to try the rest of the menu. Our next dishes is to try the tacos!

We ordered caramelos with the poblanos inside, as well as their horchata. Tortillas are some of the best I've had. Super soft and flavorful from the grill. The fillings and salsa were good too, but it was really wet, and the bean ratio especially compared to the meat, was a little off. Always am going to want more meat. Horchata was unique since it was coconut based. Overall solid spot with patient staff. Tacos La Rueda is still better, but will be back when in Long Beach.

I plan to capture a few photos to share once I'm a little closer to the front of the line. Got a taco dinner $10 rice, beans and 3 tacos and Agua fresca horchata So here's the review I got three tacos Al pastor 2/5 no flavor .. it was missing more citrus and seasoning, even the piña bites where bland Carne Asada 2/5 it taste like reheated leftovers in which he poured all the meat on the plancha Pollo 4/5 had seasoning Rice 4/5 flavorful Beans 2/5 no flavor ,pinto beans Horchata 3/5 overly sweet Overall they hype is not what you think. Our service was very slow and the drinks took a very long time to come out. We were some of the only people in the restaurant, so I can't blame it on being very busy.
