Mexican cuisine is one of our absolute favorites, and we were blown away by the authentic flavors and warm, inviting atmosphere. This was easily one of the best places we ate at during our trip to the Grand Canyon. What we ordered: 1. Kids: Chicken tacos meal (huge hit with the boys!). 2. To Share: Steak fajitas, a fish taco, and the Nachos Supreme. The fish taco was huge and packed with flavor. The fajitas were also a massive portion--the steak was cooked to perfection, making it perfect for sharing. My husband's only minor complaint was that the nachos used a cheese sauce/Whiz style cheese rather than melted shredded cheese, but they were still tasty. To top it off, the horchata was fresh and full of flavor, and the colorful Mexican-themed decor added so much charm.
