The eggs were a little bland, but nothing bad. The bacon could have been a little more crispy. My fave from the whole plate was the biscuits and gravy! It had good flavor to it and the biscuits tasted fresh and soft, like they were homemade! Later that evening, we were craving chicken wings for dinner. When we checked Yelp for places with chicken wings, this place appeared with positive comments about the wings. So we ordered to-go from here for dinner. We had bbq chicken wings, French fries, and fried zucchini. The chicken wings were great very saucy, which I like! The zucchini pieces could have used a little flavor. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip.
