Everything he promised, he delivered on. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and kind. The food was delicious and had great sazón (seasoning). We did 3 different types of meats and they were ALL a hit. He provides all the condiments, salsas, rice, beans, and can also provide aguas frescas (also a hit), upon request. Miguel and his team member showed up on time for our event. They were both very friendly! I was hosting and didn't really get to watch and get any photos of them setting up or interacting with our guests. The feedback I got when I first arrived was that they ran out of rice. I was going to mention it to Miguel but got distracted with hosting the party. Throughout the party the guest mentioned the tacos were delicious! Some guests said they didn't know they offered quesadillas and were unhappy they missed out on getting a plate. I wish they could've had a sign of options available or mentioned to the guests the options available. The guest that did try the quesadillas said they were good! I went out to get 2 tacos. Miguel's assistant served me with a smile. The set up was nice! I had to ask for the jalapeños and sides. The condiments should have been on a self serve table for easy guest access. We had watermelon and Jamaican juice drinks included in our menu. The drinks were delicious but warm. A few guest mentioned they went out for seconds and was told to come back. Miguel and his team member were on a break. The guests mentioned they wasn't sure if Miguel and his associate were angry because they bothered them on their break. We wasn't informed of the break time schedule during our talks. 2 hours at $750 dollars was the cost. We didn't get any leftovers. **Thanks for the response. I was very busy hosting , basic cleaning, bathroom cleaning, refilling drinks, checking the indoor food tables and taking out trash etc the entire event day. I barely ate anything the entire event. As I mentioned in the review I heard about the rice running out when I first arrived at the venue. I didn't hear about everything else until after the event. You were already gone for the day. It was no need to bother you by calling, messaging or texting as the event was over. The hubby mentioned you text him a picture of my review. No need to text him! Please, just message me here on Yelp I would appreciate that. *At the end of the day give your customers a five star experience! Go above and beyond. Maybe one person take a break then come back and the other associate take their break at different times during the two hour job. Your an outdoor vendor. Plan accordingly for hot outdoor weather or just do indoor self serve catering during the summer months. Can't thank Miguel enough for the best taco catering service. He was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and cooked amazing tacos. His catering service came with tacos, mulitas, quesadillas, rice, beans, raw onions, grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, salsas(red, green, avocado), pineapple agua fresca, and horchata.
