    Carne asada and Pastor tacos
    Jazmin P.

I had to show some love for this taco stand on Yelp after trying it for the first time yesterday. It was a Tuesday night, so I'm not sure if these are discounted prices but it was $1.50 per taco and $8 for a quesadilla. I'll definitely come back on a different day and provide an update on the $. It's that good. The pastor and carne asada tacos were delicious and so flavorful! They had everything I look for in a solid taco. They have 3 salsa options. The light green salsa was my favorite. A little spicy. There was no line and the workers were super friendly! I would gatekeep this place for myself but they deserve more business. I would recommend everyone to park their car at Ross and support this small business by trying their amazing and affordable food!

My husband and I just stopped off at this taco stand off national Boulevard. Their El pastor Was amazing! We ordered a torta and their street tacos. The torta was insane. It was filled with meat, cheese, And beans. One of the best things I've ever had. I highly recommend. Great prices and quality.

This place is amazing. I've driven past a few times and on Monday I finally thought, why not give these guys a try. Boy, I wasn't disappointed!!!!!! This is my new favorite Taco stand. The guys are so friendly and welcoming! The al Pastor is amazing, it what I look for when getting an al Pastor taco. I like crispy but soft and packed with flavor! The carne Asada is cooked on a charcoal grill to the side so it's packed with that charcoal taste, which is the only way Carne Asada should be made! No exceptions! Not on the comal, not on the griddle but over charcoal so you get the most flavor! Now... here's the kicker! All these tacos will only run you $1 each! Yessssss seriously $1! You don't find that on the Westside so this little not so hidden gem is amazing. On Tuesdays they've got a taco Tuesday deal, but 5 tacos or 5 of anything you get 1 drink free, and mulitas are 2 for $5, Tuesdays only. I've got no pictures of my food because I always scarf it down. I saw a burrito and it was so full of meat that it was bursting and I overheard the guys say "this place always comes through". It's so true!!! Give them a try! Pull into the Ross parking lot and get yourself a taco el Nando!!

Some of the best street tacos I've had in LA. Very short wait and if there is a line it's worth it. I'm here at least once a week. $4 for dinner? Say less

Good tacos and great prices! $1 per taco is a steal! And the drinks are also really good. My favorite ones are the pastor and asada!

I came here for dinner on a week night and my experience here was pretty good. I had the asada and al pastor tacos with all the toppings and they were both so good and full of meat and heat. The toppings can be spicy for some, so be warned. My favorite of the two was the all pastor which was flavorful and I did like the thinly shaved meat. It was not dry at all and was fresh. I also tried the mulita with al pastor meat and that was also soso good. Cheesy, meaty, and indulgent. The additional topping section had good variety with pickled onions, cucumbers, etc. and everything seemed pretty fresh. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. I also loved how it was not grainy at all. A good pairing with the rich foods. They also have a good amount of seating at the stand with a long table and multiple chairs. Parking is tricky since its street parking only.

I love the Cabeza tortilla and 3 is the perfect number of tacos for me as they are pretty generous with the meat and avocado sauce. Been here twice and both times because we were going to a show at the Forum which is just a short drive away. It gets pretty busy around dinner time so expect a long wait as the line moves pretty slowly (everything is made/ cooked fresh!)... but the wait is 100% worth it. Just make sure you order enough the first time so you dont have to wait in line again. There is some parking but it gets pretty crowded too so you might have to street park (and the area around can get a little sketch) so be careful. The second time we came here was almost 1130pm right before their midnight closing. This time, the parking lot was emptier so we managed to park inside. There was still a pretty steady stream of customers even around closing, but at least the line isn't ridiculously long. Can't go wrong with anything you order here!

I got the carne asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and a mulitas. My favorite was definitely the mulitas because I love cheese! Nonetheless, the pastor was still amazing and it's great that they add copious amounts of meat on there. The various toppings and hot sauces are also very delicious, albeit the light orange mayo looking sauce is SPICY and unassuming...beware! Light green avocado looking sauce definitely saved my life. My friend also got a burrito and I heated it up the next day to enjoy and it still tasted awesome. My review might be slightly skewed as Mexican food is depressing up in Canada so any semblance of authentic Mexican food gets me going. I will have to return to LA soon...just for the tacos here.

I do like how they grill their meat though and they use the tortillas to scoop up the meat on the grill. Thought the al pastor was a bit salty and the cheese did not add much flavor to it, but that's probably a good thing considering the saltiness of the meat. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. Ambience is very casual and it's a stand while eating type of situation. Service was quick.

You can tell that it's house made and I liked the chewy texture of it. However, respectfully the filling felt and tasted like bean goo. I could only really taste the refried bean flavor which was strong. It kind of meshed all the components together into a gooey filling. I got this with asada meat and the meat was kind of chewy and not so flavorful on its own. Props to the tortilla though for not spilling everything out and holding it together well, but still a bit difficult to eat. I would ask for utensils when eating this dish. The green onion garnish was unique. I wish they gave more lime wedges because that helped elevate the dish. For $13 this wasn't too bad, but I'd rather get a better burrito from a street vendor. This is a casual eats type of place with both indoor and outdoor seating and tables. They also serve alcohol and even frozen alcoholic drinks. They have a free parking lot in front, but it can be competitive to get a spot. Overall, my experience here was just okay and I would opt for other spots.
