This place is a joke. Not the first time I've placed an order through DoorDash and they cancel the order for unknown reasons. The restaurant never calls me to let me know what's going on or what the reason was for them cancelling. Don't be on the food delivery apps if you can't figure out how to fulfill an order. This is my favorite street taco shop. Today I ordered a combination plate to go. The cook served the combo on a plate. When I told them that was supposed to be to go the cook put some foil on top of the pale & put it in a bag. I'm a disabled veteran that uses a walker. When I brought my lunch & shopping bags in the house the food slipped & hit the ground. I have a bag which everything mixed up. A proper container would have survived the fall. Very unhappy with the service. I can just hear them laughing at the "gringo". Time to fine a new street tack shop! read more

No complaints from my first trip here! The guys were very helpful and quick to complete my order. I had the carne asada burrito and it didn't disappoint, the green salsa they gave me for the burrito was outstanding. It was moderately priced and the menu is simple and to the point. Gave this place a try since the in laws swore they made the best tacos. I wish I hadnt, I would have saved some money and spared myself the stomache ache. The place itself is new and modern but it was dirty. The floors had not been swept, there was trash on the floor and the restroom was gross, I even cleaned my own table. I ordered the taco special, the beans were too dry, the rice was cooked with cumin (yuck) and the asada isn't really grilled. All the meats have been cooked and placed in trays, so it aint really fresh! The tripe was disgusting and not thoroughly cleaned. The food was nauseating! read more

Took some tacos to go, I live litterly 3min away.. when I got home the tacos have been soggy, sloppy sauce everywhere, oil everywhere, and the tortilla broke when u pick up the taco that's how soggy it was. It was unedible! Better off go to the taqueria by stater bros across the street! read more

Went for the first time yesterday. EXCEPTIONALLY clean counters & tables and chefs work space was immaculate. We had no idea what we were doing but hoped for the best. The best happened! Ordered the quesadilla with chicken and a side of sour cream (no luck on sour cream, oh well, I will live) As it turned out. the seasoning on the chicken is so great I needed nothing. It was spicy but not hot.....there were a bunch of adds that helped in the hot department. Husband ordered the two taco combo plate which was equally as good. He said the beans were incredible. Will we be back? Oh you bet we will. Good food, decent place to eat, clean, incredible prices. Only real complaint is the plastic ware which is the cheapest available and bent and broke while trying to cut some of my food. Heard so much about this place so decided to try. The service was HORRIBLE two guys just standing there not even acknowledge us as we were waiting to order. When the finally did because I had to say something the whole time was vary awkward like they hated life and people. Ordered asada burrito no onions ( they decided to add them anyway) two asada tacos and chorizo burrito. The best thing was the chorizo burrito but it was still mediocre. They DO NOT have a salsa bar which was vary disappointing you have to ask the men that hate customers and probably life for it. Place was dirty and while they were doing nothing as it wasn't busy made no attempt to clean off tables for customers so take a rag and soap on your visit. The tacos straight up suck here. The tortillas are undercook so they easily tear apart. The asada is not seasoned and the pastor is a mediocre excuse for pastor. I didn't think tacos could ever be bad but damn I finally found a place. Save your self the money you might as well make them yourself. You'll be more satisfied buying tacos from Cardenas. These tacos taste like a Pinterest recipe that your white neighbor Carol cooked on Cinco de Mayo to show you she's not racist. I'm leaving this review at 2 stars based on the first two times eating here... First trip was excellent. 5 stars... Quick service and the food was great. Being a customer from the Norco location I was really excited to see this location open up near my house. Second trip... not so good. It was busy when I arrived and placed my order. The young lady that was running the register seemed very confused or she didn't seem to care about service. Not sure which one it was. As I watched all the orders before me get fulfilled I thought my order would be up next... but it wasn't. Three people after me had their orders placed and filled before me. So asked her when my order would be ready and she didn't know what I was talking about. The crew including her was cleaning their areas and wiping tables. When I pointed out my order on the piece of paper she was using to take orders, she then realized that she never placed it with the cook. She did make an apology at the end when I was leaving, but after being there for 20-30 mins it seemed like a half hearted remedy. In the end the food was still good but I wish they would make sure they have someone that is either aware of customers orders or actually cares about their job. First visit 5 stars... second visit 0 stars. I will give them a couple more chances but I hope the service improves or I will be going to my favorite location (Chilitos) even though it's a couple miles further away. read more
