This is such a nice restaurant! The staff were all very friendly, the ambiance and decor were nice, and the food was really good. Tortilla chips came complementary with three salsas. I got the carne asada and al pastor tacos, and my friends tried the carnitas tacos, all of which were really good. Love this little place! I just moved into the neighborhood and after multiple fails, I've finally found my go-to taco spot. I haven't had the chance to dine in yet, I've had nothing but successful pickup and delivery orders. The tacos are very flavorful, I've had the steak, pastor, and chicken. The chicken would be better if it was grilled and had a little char on it. Looks like they use chicken thighs and dark meat can be kinda fatty. The salsa verde is one of the best I've ever had. Chip pieces and sauces are sat on the table with chopped radishes (ummmm y?). No whole chips?? I ordered a chicken taco dinner, there was absolutely NO flavor. The tiny chunks of thigh meat is dry and flavorless. The pinto beans and rice, also no flavor at all. The guacamole is pureed avocado. We ordered a few tacos: al pastor with pineapple, carne asada, shrimp & chicken. My favorite was carne asada with onion/cilantro. The tacos are huge, regular size corn tortillas. I got the carne asada and Al pastor. The carne asada taco was good but their Al pastor was their best one. I got the taco dinner and I actually really liked their beans. Their rice was ok but mixed with the beans was delicious. It's cool they give their drinks in a bag like they do in some places in Latin America. It's a cute little restaurant with a nice patio. You can find tacos almost anywhere in the city, but these are some of the best tacos I have tasted. You could just tell the meat was fresh and not frozen. They make it to order, so it's not constantly being heated on the grill. The tacos/food are all Tijuana style, they're made like regular tacos but they add a dollop of guacamole.
