The Al Pastor is the champ here with the pineapple dang it was good!! The queso burrito was da bomb. The cheese is slapped onto the flat top to brown and build a bit of extra flavor. The tortilla was set on top and then filled with your meat, rice and beans, green onions and your choice of salsa. OMG. The cheese was so flavorful it really heightened the flavor of the other ingredients. Try it!! So good We got one watermelon drink which was made with fresh watermelon. You can taste the grittiness of the melon in a good way. Maybe had sweetener added but dang it was good Outside seating is provided which gave it the street fair vibe.
