This little Taco Cart popped up recently in Watauga near the Shell gas station. Food is made fresh and to order. They serve Tortas, tacos and burritos only. With Beef, Barbacoa, and Al Pastor as possible meat options. Staff is friendly and the location is very clean. Prices start at $1.50 for tacos. I swing by often, hope to see you there.

3 al pastor tacos $4.50 including tax a bit mushy but the hot sauce was on point!

It wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either. I've been going around searching for a new street taco place but this just wasn't it. For starters the tacos are smaller and they're a tad more expensive than the usual $1.50. I had the al pastor tacos and they were a bit mushy and shredded like barbacoa. The saving grace however is the elotes! Will definitely come back for them and probably to try other stuff but not for the street tacos unfortunately

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)

I already love this place because I can bring my dogs, and that's always a big plus for me. I just wish their dog park was a little bigger and maybe had a few more things in there. I just want the best for my dogs. Other than that, everything was nice. The drinks were really good and they have so many different options to choose from. The staff working there were also really nice, especially the one helping us out. I forgot to catch his name, but you'll probably spot him in one of the pictures. He was super sweet and helped us decide what drinks to get. All of my dogs really enjoyed it too. I didn't ask, but I do wish they had some kind of dog menu so they could enjoy something too. They do have cold water for the dogs though, which was really nice. It was pretty hot when we went, but they had fans going all around, and if you want, they also have indoor seating. Overall, it's just a really vibey place and I always enjoy coming here.

Heaters inside & campfires outside for extra warmth are a plus too. Would love to come back for the night vibes! Cocktails & shots on the menu! My daughters tried the orange chicken, chicken lomein and vegetable Lomein. They also got some egg rolls. All of the orders were very plentiful for the price point. The curry was not spicy nor did I ask for it to be and it was very flavorful. It had plenty of chicken and tons of wonderful chunks of veggies and potatoes. My daughters all said their food was "incredible" and could not wait to go back again. We will definitely be trying some more dishes in the future. The lady ringing up the orders was very polite and made sure that all of the orders were accounted for and bagged properly.

They don't dish out a bunch of random, carnival-esque, fried "what-have-yous" - which is what I originally thought this food truck might be about based on the name. The whole concept and offered menu items are actually Lao-Thai Street food focused. To order, walk up to their truck, tell them what you want, and pay. You're then given a beeper, and once the beeper beeps, your order is ready! Grab your order & enjoy! Anyways, back to the actual food if you're not a newb. My Dad and I ordered: #1 Chicken Wings w/fries $11 (5 pieces) #6 Lao Sausage w/fried rice $11 + $2 (usually comes with steamed rice, $2 upcharge for fried rice) #7 Egg Rolls $7 (4 pieces) #13 Fried Potstickers $7 (6 pieces) Everything was so fresh, not greasy, and fairly priced. Nothing was too salty or spicy, but all had balanced and subtle flavor with yummy sauces for dipping. I'm assuming this is a husband/wife duo ran business. Either way, both people are so friendly and happy to interact and serve their customers with smiling faces and warm vibes.
