It's Taco Tuesday! Service was friendly. You order from the food truck that's parked in front of the gas station and they give you a ringer when your order is ready. It's nice cause you can just bring the food home and eat it or eat in your car. The deal is 1.75 per pastor taco only. So naturally we had to get 8. The tacos smelled divine while I was driving home. I feel lucky to live so close to a delicious food truck. The pastor tacos were flavorful and paired well with the sauces, cilantro, onions, etc. They give you some sliced radish and cucumbers, a pepper, limes, and grilled onions. The red sauce is my favorite here with a big kick. My only complaint was that my grilled onions weren't that grilled in my order but that's ok. Price was great though. About $15. read more

What is there to say, other than that these are solid tacos? I had the carnitas, al pastor with pineapple, and barbacoa. The barbacoa and carnitas were super tender and juicy, and that al pastor was cooked perfectly and was leaking juice. Great business owners as well, they are busy but are still very kind and respectful. The truck is at a gas station, so its just a good place to stop and get some good street tacos. read more

Tacos meat was dry. I asked for asada , this is more of barbacoa, but dry. Very basic minimal effort tacos. I do appreciate the cucumbers and radishes. It gives it the California feel , but I wouldn't be back for $3 bucks a taco. FYI. I'm like a taco connoisseur... they are my absolute favorite. So if you're like me. Got the pastor tacos and asada torta. Pastor tacos was probably the most flavorful ones I've ever had. Great spice, well seasoned and that orange sauce was absolutely PERFECT with those tacos! Was as fresh as they come. I also got the Chako taco one that has cheese included on the tortilla I believe and didn't really taste much of it so I'll be getting the regular tacos from now on ($.25 more for the chako style) The asada torta was very dry and meat was bland unfortunately. It definitely needed some more veggies and flavoring. Probably going to try a burrito or stick with the tacos. Overall, definitely recommend the tacos and will likely not order a torta from here. This taco truck is a must try! I've passed by this taco truck many of times, and finally I stopped and tried them for the first time on Thursday. Must say, they did not disappoint! Steak quesadilla was perfectly made to order. The cheese was a good ratio to the beef serving. Great cheese pull too. Taste was awesome, juicy, and beef was tender. Steak taco was great with all the sides (radish, cucumber, onions, and cilantro) Beef burrito was beefy and fulfilling! If you're very hungry? Go for this. first time coming to this place as i was recommended thru tiktok. i was a bit confused didn't know it was food truck, had put in the location to the place and it said it was inside of the gas station until i turned around and saw the name on the side of the truck. so i approach the truck and get my order, i ordered the infamous carne asada pizza. they give you a buzzer for when your food is ready ( like restaurants or food places that carry these so A+ for them) waited probably about at most 8 minutes for the pizza. i got it in hand looked beautiful taste was not %100 but still good. meat was a little dry with little flavor to it, but other than that food was pretty good but price for the pizza was about $18. i would honestly say not bad price but if your looking to try some good mexican food come check this food truck out read more

His main website is on Facebook only where you can also see pictures of his fantastic foods. He has incredible tortas, and an original Pizzadilla that is worth every calorie! Every order comes with cucumbers, radishes, grilled onions, and a grilled chili in authentic fashion. The meat selections will make you think you are in Mexico with al pastor cooked on a vertical spit with a whole pineapple on top, buche, carnitas, chorizo, cabeza, asada, tripa, and the rarely found lengua! Chacko also has a signature taco where Oaxacan cheese is grilled right in! There is nothing on this menu you won't love and you will be dying for more every week (just like we are)! read more

Went to this spot on a whim on a Friday and holy cow... I am so glad we did. Ordered barbacoa tacos. Some of the best REAL barbacoa I've had in a while. Tacos are served with cilantro, onions, radishes, cucumbers, cooked onions and a blistered pepper. Salsa was flavorful and both options had a good kick too.
